"I would never willingly hurt you, Adara." Dyten said, shaking his head. "Not even if we were sparring." He glanced at her out of the corner of his eyes then away. He still felt a bit off, but was slowly able to push it aside.

"And that is exactly my point" She said cheerfully "i'd have to do something pretty awful for you to try and hurt me, and even then i don't know if you would" she laughed "Then again i'm the same way, i always hold back a little so i never actually hurt you"

Dyten shook his head slightly. "Get some sleep, Adara. It is late." Dyten said, for once pushing the issue.

Dyten frowned but finally gave in. He settled back against the wall a bit more comfortably and closed his eyes. He crossed his arms over his chest and was soon sound asleep. However as morning came around it would be noticable that he was sweating and seemed quite tense.

When he started to get sweaty she began to frown. After a bit she tried to wake him and failed so she ran out and got water to cool his temperature "Dy, come on Dy, wake up" she said slightly panicked.

Dyten still did not wake, but she would be able to tell from his thoughts that he wanted to. After a short time his eyes finally opened, but his breathing was labored. He staired at the wall across from him, not sure what was going on. "Adara...." he muttered.

"Dy" she sighed slightly relieved when he opened his eyes and moving herself into his view "Hey" she said stroking his hair "you've got a really bad fever" she said softly, her concern obvious. She touched the wet fabric to his head again "It looks like poisoning to me, but i don't know how you would have gotten poisoned"

Dyten tried to move only to clench his teeth in pain as his body tensed. He lifted one hand and layed it against his left leg. "We have to....get home." He gasped out, trying to push past the pain. HE felt a wave of diziness pass over him and feared passing out again. He feared that he wouldn't wake up and be able to see Adara.

Adara;s eyes teared up a little when he thought that he might fall asleep and never wake and she moved to his leg when the pain was obviously coming from and pulled out her knife, slicing his pant leg open until she saw the snake bite
"Oh Dy...." she said softly, looking at it. She grabbed his bag from where he had put it and went through it grabbing out a herb. "This is the right one, right?" she asked herself, trying to hold the tears back. She took hold of his hand "Stay awake, Dy. Don;t you dare fall asleep. I'll figure it out, i promise"

"That will help with the pain." Dyten told her. "But...I don't have anything...anything for the poison." He tensed again as another wave of diziness passed across his features. "Adara.....we...we have to get home."

"Dy I can;t carry you" she said her voice pained "You and i both know that i'm not that strong." she put the herb on his leg to lessen the pain.

"Once the pain dies away I can move." He said flinching when she applied the herbs to the bite. He took several shallow breaths. Dyten was pail but he refused to pass out again.

"No. That;s to dangerous Dy" she bit her lip then gave his hand a squeeze "I need to go see if i can find the herb we need. Hold tight alright. Stay awake" She kissed his forehead before slipping away. She hated to leave him but she needed the herb in order to save him

Once she left the fear kicked in. Dyten struggled to stay calm, but the fear the he would loose Adara and what would happen if he were gone, set in. A single tear rolled down his cheek and his heart tightened in his chest. "No." He clenched his fists tightly. 'I am not going to give in to this. I'm not going to loose her. She is the best thing that ever happened to me.' He thought as he closed his eyes.
