About half the strawberries were gone by that time. Dyten glanced towards the letter and moved over, signing it before handing it over to her. "I saved a few for you." He smirked slightly. "Blame mother. It is her fault that I like the stupid things so much." A soft laugh escaped his lips. It was rare for any kind of laughter to come from him.
"Eat. We need to leave soon." He said as he grabbed another strawberry and ate it before he moved over and slipped his sword into the sheath already resting across his back. Dyten glanced towards Adara, before looking out the window once more. "It will be good to get moving again."

Adara ate the strawberries quickly then playfully messed up her brother's hair "I'll grab my bag and we can go"she said, skipping out and going to her room to get her stuff. In the room along with her bag was a pigeon. She attached the letter to it's foot and sent it on it's way before going back to her brother "Ready to head out" she said with a smile handing him a bun she had bought the day before "Strawberries aren;t a full breakfast" she said with a smirk, knowing how motherly that must sound

Dyten rolled his eyes. "You sound like mother." He said as he took the bun from her and ate on it as he grabbed his bag and slung it over his shoulder. Dyten followed her out of the room, his senses already on full alert as usual.
Dyten glanced around as they entered the main area of the inn. He watched as those that were there, quickly gave them plenty of room to move through, wanting to stay as far from the two as possible. With a single shake of his head, he glanced at Adara. 'They act as though we would attack at any moment.' He glanced towards the inn keeper then back at his twin.

~Nope~ Adara answered following behind ~They act like you would~ she said, reading lecherous thought in the minds of some ~And to think some brother's have to go through the trouble of pointedly threatening guys to keep them away from their sisters. You just need to stand beside me~ teased telepathically as they walked out "We buying supplies before we go or do you think we'll last until the next city?"

A dark growl escaped Dyten's lips when a guy moved to close to Adara. The man practically fell all over himself as he tried to get back away. Dyten, once satisfied the man was far enough away turned to look at Adara. "We should get supplies before we go. We would make it but just barely." He stated, glancing around at the others, as though daring them to come any closer.
When they left the inn he glanced around and frowned at the brightness of the sun. He was always more partial to the shadows and night time. He then glanced towards Adara. "I have a feeling my garden is going to be dead by the time we choose to go home."

"you know torrent will look after it" she said rolling her eyes. She grabbed her brother;s arm and lead him to the bustling marketplace. She let go and ran over to a stall to get the stuff, easily striking up a conversation with the vendors that encountered. They often gave Dyten a wary glance but this part of town was less sketchy than the in so no one was as forward towards Adara, though one vendor did offer her a flower with she accepted, taking a second and tucking it in the pocket of Dyten;s tunic before moving on

Dyten remained the silent guard as he followed Adara through the busy marketplace. He kept his senses alert and his face an emotionless mask. The only time any emotion passed across his face was a slight frown when the vendor offered Adara a flower. However it changed to a slight smirk when she tucked it in his tunic pocket. Without a word he continued on after her. "Almost finished?" He finally asked after a short time.

"Almost" she grinned running to one last vendor and tucking away her purchase before he caught up and could see it. Then she turned to him putting the bag of supplies over her shoulder. She heard the confused thoughts people who saw her do this. Usually in a pair like this the man would carry the supplied but Adara would never ask Dyten to do so, and she would never let him if she knew he was just offering to follow traditional thinking "So we need anything else?" she asked, going through the amount of cloth bandages they had left in her head

Dyten thought over things, making sure he had all the herbs he would need for the trip. "I believe that is all we need." He said when he finally did catch up to her. He glanced around then back at her. "Do we have enough bandages and salves or do I need to get the supplies to make more?" Dyten asked as he glanced around at the rest that were looking towards the two. He moved his hand to rest on the one sword he kept on his hip, more of a comfort for him then a threat.

"I think i ran out of salve after treating that gash you got to your eye on our last job" she said thoughtfully "I think we're ok with bandages" she glance at a stall and grabbed few sticks of smoked meat and paid for them, handing one to her brother before taking a bite out of the other. She swallowed then glanced at him "But i think we;re fine. I don't think the road between here and the next town holds anything actually dangerous to us,do you? It's mainly farmland i believe"

"Farmland and I believe there are a couple of small towns." He said calmly. "I need to get a few things then before we leave." He gathered the few herbs that he would need to make more of the salve that she had run out of. When he moved back over, he gave a single nod to let her know that he was ready to leave.
Dyten glanced around at the towns folk then back at Adara. "I get the slight feeling they will be quite happy to see me leave."

"Oh yeah, you're a dark brooding guy with a weapon. Plus" she grinned "most girls don't have swords strapped to their back so they probably think if i have swords myself, any guy playing body guard must be super tough" she put her arm through his "Now imagine how hard traveling without me would be. you'd have to try and talk to these people" she said with smile. She knew he was a sensitive person until the tough exterior, which was why he had gotten hurt so easily. Which was why she teased him playfully all the time to make him smile

Dyten felt a smile tug at his lips at his sisters teasing. "They would be right to a degree." He muttered softly, glancing at Adara. "However, they would be in more trouble because both of us would end up giving them hell." He stated, glancing around. He froze momentarily, pain flashing across his face as his eyes landed on a young woman that looked quite similar to the one who had broken his heart. HE shook his head and took a deep breath, trying to calm down as his eyes flashed red quickly then back to their normal gold. "We need to get out of town." He muttered, his tone darkening as his anger started to try and take control of him.

"I'm hurt" Adara said lightly, walking towards the end of town with him "here you have a beautiful woman on your arm and you're looking at other women" she said, trying to help what happened blow over "Oh look" she said as they reached the end as she ran ahead "Dy look." She said kneeling beside a bright purple flower "That;s so pretty."she looked over at him "What kind of flower is it?"

"Night's bane." He said as he moved over towards her. "Don't touch the center. The flower itself is harmless but the pollen from it can be deadly." He took a deep breath and managed to calm down as he spoke about the flower. After a few more minutes he was able to completely relax. "Thank you." He muttered, glancing towards her. "I do not understand why any thoughts of her still bother me." He ran a hand back through his hair. The black locks were starting to get longer then he normally kept them. They were almost to the point that he could pull his hair back into a band to keep it out of his face. "I need to get this mess cut." Dyten grumbled, shaking his hair out of his face.
