Kaien got the child and the mother away before he got back to the twins as he folded his arms... knowing full well they had it under control. "I can wait."

Both brothers looked at the fallen specters who where unconscious. Then looked at each other suddenly getting a good idea. "Are you thinking what I'm thinking Sidney?" Asked Sterling. "Uh huh if you're thinking we should so totally swipe their armor and disguise ourselves as them and act like Kaien here is our prisoner. So we can get in then yeah I'm thinking what you're thinking." Said Sindey with a grin.

Both specters were dragged around the corner then and both Sidney and Sterling came out minutes after that leading Kaien along who had his arms tied behind his back with tight rope. "Quit stumbling bro. You're going to give us away." Hissed Sidney to his brother"Ugh I can't help it. I just can't see a darn thing without my glasses." Said Sterling. A specter came walking around the corner and Sterling actually tripped bumping into him.

Sidney paled thinking they were screwed until an idea popped into his head. "Excuse my foolish partner he had a little too much to drink tonight." Said Sidney yanking Sterling up while still keeping his grip on Kaien. "Yeah well tell him no more drinking. Happy hour ended three hours ago." Said the specter annoyed. He was about walk off but Sidney said, "Hold it you. Where do you want me to put this one?" He elbowed Kaien in the ribs roughly and said, "Caught him trying to flee the city to snitch on us."

"Take him to the the church in town here. That's where the fools go when they try to disobey us." Said the specter. He then walked off and once he was out of ear shot Sterling whispered, "Nice acting bro. I'll keep up the drunk look then."

Kaien winced as he growled and groaned a little bit. "yeah... but don't use me as the personal punching bag okay..." he confessed as he was acting like he was limp only to sell the acting that they were the spectors that caught him.

"But it had to look realistic." Said Sidney with a grin. Hearing more foot steps he gave Kaien a shove and said, "Move it you! We don't have all day!" The three specters walked by without even notcing them as they walked toward the church. They were let in and Sidney whispered, "Kaien you're just going to have to trust us on this. You'll be stuck with the other prisoners who I'm sure are being watched like hawks. We'll get the info and create a diversion. That's when we rejoin..."

Kaien then was taken into the room the other prisoners were in and Both Sidney and Sterling went on their way. But their scheme seemed short lived as the person in charge of this operation said, "Everyone report to the outside of the building now! We got a fake or two among us and I'm going to find out who! And when I do heads are going to fly!" "Shit..." Thought Sidney. Having no choice they both stepped outside and stood in line. At this given time Kaien and the prisoners were left alone.

Once Kaien was inside he quickly went to work getting himself and the hostages ready to move. he quickly took out the spectors that were still inside to keep the prisoners under control. They disappeared one by one. thankfully to being called outside none of this seemed suspicous as Kaien lead them out the long and the back way out of the church.

"Be silent and get to the major building and stay there... things are going to get a little loud." he said to them as they ran off into the shadows.

The moment he said that a loud boom was heard. Both Sidney and Sterling had been caught at this point. Both brothers were sent landing on their backs and Sterling let out a pained yell as the commanding specter in charge grabbed him. "Hey ugly let him go!" Yelled Sidney throwing a few stones at him. They bounced off him and he just flung Sterling off to the side and moved for Sidney.

Sidney quickly jumped up in the air and his fist flared up. Swinging it down he yelled, “Emberstorm!!” A bunch of blazing rocks and stones came raining down on the specters. It had taken out the weaker guys but their leader wasn't affected by it at all. He grabbed Sidney and threw the boy making him crash through the church window. He landed inside unconscious and Sterling paled realizing they were screwed.

Kaien widened his eyes and ran back at full speed. He was able to catch Sidney before he hit the ground. "its my turn my friend... you take it easy for now." he said as he walked off.

"Well... It would seem I've missed out on the party." he said finally showing himself in his armor.

Hey... its that saint again... I knew something was up... and he's a silver saint too." one of the spectors said. "who are you?!"

"I am the silver saint. Kaien of Lupus." he said as he walked down the steps and then stood his ground.

"Hey I heard of him... he's supposed to be the weakest of all the silver saints. and they sent 2 bronze with him. Man they must have been desperate... or dumb thinking this was an easy mission." said another spector. "LETS GET HIM!" one screamed as they all charged.

Kaien didn't seem to move as he then gave them all a serious look as he tightened his fists. the sudden change in his Cosmo was from non existant to very strong.

all the spectors that were in front froze in fear as the others scattered in fright. "What... what was that?!" they said feeling frightened.

The guys who were paralyzed that moment were taken out by Sterling who quickly punched them out as he was running to his brother. Going over to Sidney he wasn't sure if Kaien could sense it but Sidney's Cosmo was flickering like a candle flame. Sidney's eyes suddenly snapped open and he was up to his feet wiping the blood off his lip. "Stay down you're in no shape to fight. That centipede freak is too strong for us." Said Sterling as he felt his brother's Cosmo suddenly go off like a torch.

Kaien looked back for a moment as he smiled but then turned to face the other spectors. "Well... what's the matter?" he said as he glared a bit. his cosmo was growing strangely but also a piece of his cosmo like a very fine thread was around both Sidney and Sterling. He took another step as his Cosmo flared again almost as if it was trying to form the wolf within him.

"Who's brave enough to fight me... seems like only your boss is the only one willing to fight... bunch of cowards." he said as he gritted his teeth.

Most of the spectors watched and were shaking. "this is no illusion... his cosmo is the real deal... but how... he's supposed to be the weakest... was that a lie?" they questioned as they didn't want to get any closer and were falling back to their leader. "Boss... he's too strong for us... that Cosmo... its horrific... like it wants to devour us." one said in complete fear.

"Step aside you ladies." Said the specter in charge as he walked forward. "Go take care of the two bronze runts and kil-" He said but suddenly cut off as Sidney was in his face. At first Sterling though he had lost his mind along with his eye sight. One moment his brother was by him and the next he was over there.

Sidney's armor was flickering from bronze to silver back and forth. He then punched the specter in his face and sent him flying. Appearing behind him in a flash he yelled, "Penetrating Strike!!!"

The specter had no time to react as he was hit at such a fast speed even he couldn't keep up. "Kaien he's all yours! Shadowless kick!!" Yelled Sidney kicking the specter right toward Kaien

Kaien nodded as he pulled back his fists as his cosmo focused around them. He pulled both of them back as he narrowed his eyes as the spector flew to him almost in a tumble. "Stardust FANG!" He yelled as he did his 2 punch combo seeming to have missed him as he went right on by. But then after a few seconds his cosmo looked like he was slashed horribly as Kaien stood up. "This fight is over... who wants to continue?" he asked as he stared at the other spectors.

The specters all backed away and sad, "You win don't hurt us!!" They then turned to flee and Sidney chased them down and by the time he was done they were all tied to a pole. Sidney was punching them saying, "Tell us where Hades is damn it!" "We don't know! We were just sent here!" Yelled one of them. "The only one who could possibly know you guys killed already!" Said another. Sidney sighed and looked at Kaien and Sterling saying, "Looks like we got nothing. But I'll take out the trash." Yanking the pole up with the men still attached to it. He walked down to the river bank and threw the pole with men and all into the water. They floated downstream and disappeared. Sidney dusted his hands off and grinned.

Kaien looked around a bit before handing back Sterlings glasses. "here... I kept them safe." he said as he then looked around. He even searched the spector they defeated as he sighed. he only found a parchemnt with a symbol on it... Kaien however recognized the symbol as he narrowed his eyes. ~So... they are looking for him.~ he thought. "Sterling, hold onto this... its important."

A day and half later they had made it back to the Sanctuary. Arriving the night before Sidney went to bed and woke up in the morning eager to watch the silver saint tournament. He and Sterling had missed the bronze one but he didn't care as he kicked the top bunk his brother was sleeping on. "Rise and shine! We're going to be late!" Said Sidney getting dressed and bolting out the door.

Sterling yawned and sat up putting his glasses on. Sidney on the other hand was already at the training grounds. Seeing Kaien he clapped a hand to his back as he ran by and said, "Kick some ass buddy. Good luck!" Jumping into an empty spot h sat down energetic. Sterling came walking up yawning saying, "How can you be so hyper this time of the morning brother..." He yawned again and sat down next to Sidney.

Kaien was stretching a little bit to make sure he was warmed up as he smiled to his new friend Sidney and Sterling coming to watch... after a while he sat and meditated to have his cosmo ready for him. ~guess I'm going to have to really take it seriously now... the compition will be feirce.~ he thought as he waited.

After the peliminary rounds Kaien looked to see the other saints that made it... he gulped at a few but noticed that 2 girls made it... He looked closely as he gasped. ~ah you got to be kidding me... the 2 high class ones... geeze.~ he thought to himself seeing that Cancer his mentor and other gold saints were watching. ~so much for faking it this time around.~


2 other twins were sitting just across form Sideny and Sterling. they were the Ursa twins... Kira and Katsumi.
