Violet wrote out the list leaving some things out and then handed it to him "I've only done what I can do, laying in my bed and talking to the servants" she smiled at him "I promise, anything I've done since the baby has been in this room"

Aiden nodded once but also shook his head slightly after. "Alright." He looked towards Azura. "You okay with going into town with me to work on this or is it still to cool for you?" He asked, not wanting to push her if it was still to cold for her as he knew she couldn't handle it as he could.
Kenneth smiled as he finally handed Briar over to Ariel. "As much as I would love to remain....I have one other person that I must see." He stated with a slight smile and bowed fluently. "If you lot will excuse me." He said before slipping out and to the gardens where Aiden had said Kaida was. "Well hello there little fairy." He said as he slipped into the garden and spotted her. "How have you been?"

"I should be fine." Azura smiled "it's starting to warm up enough I think" she said softly, knowing she would have free to grab a cloak yet though
Violet smiled at Kenneth"enjoy your visit"she said softly, hoping kaida would be nice to him. She moved over to her husband and looked down at Briar with a smile
Kaida was up in her tree and glanced down at Kenneth when he entered "back again I see" she said passively

"Of course. It is hard to stay away when you are here." He stated. "I wish I could have returned sooner, alas...things at home have been crazy with the arrival of the new queen and her family." He stated.
Aiden nodded once as he kissed the back of her hand. "Then if you will excuse us." He said and turned to Azura. "Shall we?"

Kaida shrugged, knowing he already knew that such small amounts of time didn't mean much to her "Staying for the wedding?" she asked, wondering if that was in his plans. She generally didn;t care about the things like that either, especially since they were not in the same way as the traditions of her people. Still Azura's wedding meant something to her if for no other reason than her cousin had asked for her participation so she was going to be the maid of honor
Violet looked over at her brother and smiled "Have fun you two. Good luck with the planning" she looked back at her husband and smiled "Think we could go for a walk ourselves?"
Azura nodded and moved out with Aiden. "Did you figure out everything with your groomsmen?" she asked. She was still trying to pick a dress style and make a final decision on bridesmaids

"That was part of the plan, yes." Kenneth told her. "Mostly came so I could see you. Though it is nice to get to see Ariel and the others as well."
"For the most part." Aiden told her. "Just waiting on a response from Jade in regards to being my best man." He stated.
Ariel looked towards her. "If you feel that you are up for it." He said softly.

Azura smiled and nodded. She had been a little surprised at first that he wanted Jade as his best name but she has realized that growing up there had been no other boys his age living in Akrita, other than Talon, so the fact that his brother in law was something he felt close with wasn't too surprising.
"I'm sure he'll want to. It will just depend on if they can both come"she said, not sure if Sandra wanted them both to be gone when they had not been there long to begin with "nayjo hadn't answered me either"
Kaida looked at him, still unsure how serious he was in what she considered a silly pursuit for her affections
"How's the halfling?" She asked, inquiring about his father
"If I get tired I have you to lean on" Violet replied sweetly

"I am sure they are busy." Aiden said softly. "We shall just have to see." He responded. "It may not be possible for them all to be here and knowing Jade, he will want Sandra to be here if nothing else." He glanced out toward the distance then back at Azura with a slight smile.
"He is good. Staying busy as an advisor now." He stated, glancing towards her. "Care to grab a bite to eat with me? Didn't get much chance to eat anything on the trip here since I was by myself." He stated. He scavenged and had eaten but he kept it to a minimal to ensure he could stay moving since he was not as strong a fighter and most of his skills were in evasion of danger versus facing it head on.
Ariel nodded one with a smile. "Always." He stated before kissing her forehead. He moved over to get Briar ready before he moved out with Violet so that they could walk around a bit.

Azura nodded and leaned on him "I hope they all can make it"she said softly, knowing this meant a lot to Aiden
Kaida glanced at him "where?" She asked simply, not sure if she wanted to wander into the cool air even though her body handled it better than azura's did
Violet smiled and looked at her little family, content. When they were ready they moved over "hey momma" she smiled as they passed her

"Where ever you would like. We can eat out or stay here at the castle." Kenneth responded easily.
Aiden nodded once in response but knew that sometimes duty trumped family no matter how much one wished otherwise. Plus, with Lumia still trying to recover from the loss of their king and implementation of his sister's rule, things were shaky there at best. He knew that Ariel would also be leaving again for a trip back to Lumia to deal with political matters. At times like that, Aiden was thankful for his sister not being able to read his thoughts as he didn't want to worry her with his thoughts on top of what she already had to deal with.
"Hello kit. How are you feeling today?" She asked, stopping to visit with the two a moment.

"better"Violet said cheerfully "strong enough for a walk I think" she took Briar from Ariel and moved to her mom so she could see the baby "I think maybe I'll buy Annie a gift as an apology for scratching her"
Azura smiled as some children noticed the flowers blooming as she walked "let's run" she said suddenly looking at Aiden. She missed being able to just take off running while she was stuck in the castle
Kaida shrugged simply, still not particularly familiar with anything in Akrita yet

Treva smiled softly. "I will let Annie know. She was just hoping that you were okay." She said softly. Treva smiled and tickled Briar gently. "Hard to believe that both my girls are married with children and that my son is soon to be married himself." She said with a soft sigh. "I miss the days you all were this tiny."
Aiden smiled softly and nodded. "Anything you want." He said, not meaning anything bad by it. To see her happy made him happy so he was willing to do what it took to make her happy.
"How about we stay here then. It still a bit cool out and I know that it can be hard to deal with. Part of why my father likes Lumian weather so much."

"Yeah but now you have us to talk to" Violet smiled "And you have grandchildren to spoil. And who knows, with how close Nayjo and Leon were getting, maybe great grandchildren in the near future" she teased her mother
Azura smiled and took off running through town. She dodge around people easily and when someone came out in front of her suddenly she jumped and did a flip over their head much like she had just over Aiden the first time he had seen her
"Fine" she said simply, looking over at him

Aiden easily slipped off after her, a soft laugh escaping his lips when she flipped over a person. His wings shot out of his back to vault him over the person before he continued after her as his wings diapered once more.
Kenneth tilted his head slightly before smiling.
Andrea arrived a few moments later with a basket. "Heard your thoughts earlier." She said with a smile. "everything you need and everything Kaida likes to nibble on should be there. Enjoy." She said as she moved further into the garden to collect a few flowers.

Kaida glanced at Andrea and nodded simply. She had resigned herself to being there so had decided to be someone polite to the people there, even though she still felt most of them condemned how she dressed and anything really to do with her culture.
Azura finally stopped running when they reached the edge of town and fell into the grass laughing "Oh i missed running" she said cheerfully "But the air is still cold, my lungs are burning a little" she smiled, looking back at him
