Scion nodded once as he let go of her arm. "I'll stop by tomorrow then." He said, choosing not to bother her further, deciding at that point it was best not to bring up him having stopped by her father's home.

Ariel smiled softly before glancing over towards the door. "Oh great...Kenneth just arrived." He said with a shake of his head and slight sigh.

Aiden smiled towards his father. "Yes. With Violet being on bed rest recently Azura hasn't had anyone to really help with plans." He said. "If you will excuse me then. Oh...and Kenneth just arrived." He said, already hearing the man's eccentric speech as he greeted a few of the servants.

Azura laughed lightly at Ariel's words. "I'm glad Kenneth is as he is" she said with a smile "You've all had such strained interactions with my people, Kenneth reminds me of the good things. The cheerfulness and joy"

Kaida was in the inner garden where she had made her home in the tree and glanced down towards the door from where she sat, hearing his voice echo

Torrent laughed "He can sure talk loud"

Violet smiled and looked down at her daughter "and she was almost asleep too" she laughed, knowing that it would likely not remain that way with Kenneth there, but she didn't mind too much

Alyssa nodded simply looking at him "I'm fine" she said simply, knowing he was more worried than he was trying to let on because he knew she hated being fussed over "Ask Alie" she said, giving him permission to inquire into what happened with her if he really wanted to know

"He's eccentric to be sure." Ariel said with a soft laugh.

Aiden nodded.

Briar shifted slightly as she slipped her thumb into her mouth and sucked on it as she snuggle up against Violet a bit more.

"No need." Scion said. "Just by what you told me I can guess pretty easily. You and Seth spared and it reopened the injury that wasn't fully healed. That was judging by how you still reacted when I would touch it." He brushed his fingers against her cheek. "Get some rest. I'll see you tomorrow."

Kenneth bowed his head to Aiden when the man walked by. "Is my dear Ariel around? Haven't seen him in a while." He stated. "That and your delicious twin."

"They are both upstairs. Violet gave birth not long ago. I'll take you to see them, but keep your voice down so you don't want the little one." He told him.

"Oh...a minni Ariel...delightful." He stated with a smile. "But to be fair....may I ask where that sweet fairy is?"

"Kaida?" Aiden asked with a raised brow.

"The name of an angel." He stated with a nod.

"Garden." He pointed over his shoulder.

"Thank you. Please...lead the way to my dear Ariel though." He stated, wanting to see his friend before he whisked off to spend the rest of his time with Kaida.

Aiden shook his head and moved upstairs to knock on the door before entering when they said he could. "How's my niece?" He asked looking towards Violet as he moved over and kissed Azura's cheek before glancing towards Ariel and pointing over his shoulder.

"Ariel...my dear man." Kenneth said in greeting. "I hear we have a mini you around now?"

Violet looked up at her brother and smiled happily, always glad when he came in to visit her since he was the only person she couldn't keep tabs on through thoughts "She is wonderful. perhaps Uncle Aiden wants to hold her a little" Violet smiled, moving to try and get to her feet. She looked over at Kenneth and smiled "Kenneth, it's so wonderful to see you. With my dad so focused on being concerned about me I need someone around with some joy and energy"

Alyssa looked at Scion then shrugged simply, making her way painfully back towards Anora's. She saw Seth keeping an eye out for her coming that way and rolled her eyes "Tempest home?" she asked, wanting to make sure since she was supposed to have been responsable for him

Kenneth laugh. "Whatever I can help with, beautiful." He said with a fluent bow.

Aiden smiled and moved over to take his niece from Violet so she did not have to get up. He carefully lifted Briar into his arms the little girl shifting and opening her eyes as she was moved. She cooed happily before she started looking around a bit.

Seth nodded once. "Brought him home as soon as I got off work. He was sound asleep." He told her. "Anora's got a bed already ready for you. I've got to head home. Take care red. We'll have to try that spar again when you can actually fight without working about the injury." Seth then moved to head on towards home.

Azura moved close beside Aiden when he held Briar and smiled down at the girl "She's so precious" she said softly, gently touching the child's hair

Violet laughed "How have you been, Kenneth? And how is your father? I feel like it's been forever since he came to visit. Not since the wedding"

"Squirt" Alyssa called out to stop him for a second. She looked at him steadily for a second "How do you follow through?" she asked gritting her teeth. She hated asking for advice with fighting but she knew that she had not executed the move quite right when she tried to use one of Dyten's moves

"I have been wonderful, my dear. Simply missing all my friends, including my dear Ariel." He stated. "Your sister and her significant other has been quite entertaining though in their new positions. As has your niece. They all have been a blessing to Lumia." He stated.

Aiden nodded as he looked down at his niece, a smile resting on his lips as she looked up at Azura.

Seth stopped and looked back towards her with a raised brow. "I wouldn't be the best one to teach you that. If you want to learn his fighting style you should speak to the general. It was his move you were trying to use and it is not a move I use, I simply have learned the counter from training with him." He told her.

Violet nodded "a blessing for you all, yes. We do miss them terribly here"she smiled a little "I am glad they're settling in well, and to be fair I can't complain since I will see get more than others"she knew because is Ariel's work they'd be back and forth a lot. She pushed herself to her feet and moved to Ariel looking back at Kenneth "would you like to hold her, Kenneth?" She asked, knowing Aiden would let Kenneth have a turn if he wanted one

Azura smiled at the baby then glanced at Aiden "how many do you want?" She asked, curiously

Alyssa made a face "not asking that pompous king for help" she said simply. She still called him names but she didn't feel as harshly about him since they had had their heart to heart all those month ago, but she was still too proud to ask him to teach her anything

"I would love to, if your twin is willing to pass her on." Kenneth said, glancing towards Azura and Aiden.

Aiden looked towards Kenneth. "As far as they are concerned you are family anyways so I wouldn't want to let her other uncle not have a chance to hold her." He stated as he moved to hand Briar over to Kenneth.

Briar whimpered a bit when she was handed over to Kenneth, but settled down shortly after as Kenneth held her. A different look crossed Kenneth's face as he held Briar. "She is gorgeous." He said softly. "What is her name?" Kenneth asked, glancing up towards his friend and Violet.

Aiden looked towards Azura. "I came from a big family so honestly....Don't really have a specific limit." He told her. "My family ranges across three kingdoms and who knows where else with distant family." He told her with a slight shrug.

"Briar" Violet said softly "her name is Briar."she smiled looking at the look on Kenneth's face and looked up at Ariel

Azura laughed a little "I have 26 brothers and sisters, which is normal among my people, I know what you mean about big families.",

Violet looked over at the two and smiled "I'm really excited for you two to get married"

Aiden glanced towards his sister. "Speaking of that...do you still need any help with the wedding plans?" He asked, glancing towards Azura. "I know Violet was helping you until Briar was born and my mother isn't exactly one to offer to help plan big events." He slipped Azura's hand into his as he glanced back towards Kenneth and his niece.

"Fitting name." He said softly. "Your uncle would be proud of her." He said softly, referring to Treva's brother.

"your mom has been great" azura assured him with a smile "I'm not sure, to be honest. What has been done or what needs to be. I'm really not too concerned about details" she looked at him. She wasn't completely sure what was required for a wedding here. She had been to one or two as a guest but still want sure what was needed to throw one

Aiden smiled slightly. "Alright. Violet....do you happen to have a list somewhere with what you have already helped her finish?" He asked, not wanting to overstep what had already been done.

Ariel laughed softly at Aiden's requesting a list, not at all surprised the young man didn't wish to overstep what his sister had already helped plan.

Violet looked at him then smiled, nodding before moving over to her vanity and pulling out a paper. She opened it then paused "let me write it out for you" she said "I want to keep a copy, just in case"she gave Aiden a sweet smile that would let him know that there was something on that list she didn't want him to know about

Aiden raised a brow at the smile. "As long as Azura is okay with it." He warned her before taking the list that she handed to him. He looked it over briefly before nodding once. and glancing towards his sister. "You have been busy. You better not have been doing any of this while you were supposed to be resting."
