Alyssa held her own for a bit but with her injury as well she was starting to get pushed back. Suddenly she shifted her stance as seth went in for a hit and shocked everyone by using a parry that Dyten often used and that was far more structured than how she usually fought
"Wow"Jakie said, coming out to meet dyten just at the time that happened "seems she's been watching you" here said, almost a little disappointed they wouldn't get to stay to see how it all played out
Orion smiled at her "that's why I'm still teaching you" he kissed her hand softly "but for someone with no formal training you are quite skilled." He said

Seth was a bit surprised by the move, but seeing an opening he took advantage of it to go in for an attack to take her down.
"She doesn't know how to follow through though. Just because you watch and use an attack does nothing unless you follow through." He told them.
"Thank you." She said both to him teaching her and to the comment about being skilled with no formal training.

"still. That was the proper place to use it. Sadly the fight's over now"
Alyssa was caught when he went for the opening, she tried to twist in time but she was of balance from the move as well and was taken down, rather hard she gritted her teeth both annoyed that she lost and because she now felt a sharp pain in her stomach
"Too bad she's to stubborn to let you train her" Jakie sighed, looking at dyten before shifting his bag, ready to leave as Clark got there
Orion smiled "well that's the extent of my planned charm"he smiled a little "unless you'd like to join me for a walk"

Anora smiled softly before holding her finger up for a moment. She took the flower and held it out in her hand, a ball of light surrounding it and the other flowers there. She smiled as she controlled the little balls of light to have them spell out something which he wouldn't see till the light cleared. A few more flowers from the surrounding area joined in. When she waved her hand the lights disappeared so he would be able to see the flowers that said Hope and smile. She looked towards him and smiled softly. "That's what you have given me over this past bit since I lost my husband. Thank you. Because of your friendship I have been able to move on and be there for my little boy instead of keeping myself locked up as I had done."
Dyten nodded once before moving to head off. "That is up to her. I will not force her, nor should anyone else." Dyten said, knowing she would hear it, before he moved off, knowing he had to be back in time for the party.
Seth grabbed her arm and pulled her up, able to smell the pain as it caused her scent to change. "Alie will have something that can help." He said. "I'll keep an eye on Temp for you so he doesn't have to see. I know you don't like him being upset by anything, especially you being hurt." He said, glancing towards the boy who was watching on in awe of the fight.

Alyssa pulled her arm away "I'm fine" she muttered. "damn" her knees gave out as her head started swimming and she vomited blood. Cursing she knew now she had no choice but to go see Alie, the wound had not healed internally yet, the scar on the surface just hiding that fact from sight "don't tell Eyepatch" she said to Seth, leaning on him for support. She did so begrudgingly knowing that Tempest would already be upset and collapsing would just make him worry even more
Orion smiled at the sight, watching the lights float around. He looked at her when she spoke and smiled gently "I am glad that I could help you through such a hard thing. I've enjoyed your company greatly in the time I've been here"

Tempest frowned when he saw Alyssa commit the blood and grow weak having to lean on Seth. He moved over and laid a hand on her side, looking up at her with a silent look asking if she would be okay.
"She'll be okay, squirt." Seth assured her. "Come on. You can pester her on the way up to Alie." Seth helped Alyssa up towards Alie's office with Tempest following behind silently.
Anora smiled softly as she slipped her bow onto her back. "You mentioned something about a walk?"

Alyssa looked at him "I'm fine" she said muttering to him, not wanting to see the worry in his face. She begrudgingly went up to Alie. While Alie looked her over she left Evangeline with Tempest to keep the other kid company
Orion offered her his arm again with a smile

Tempest nodded once. He was quiet as Alie helped out Alyssa, playing silently with Evangeline.
Anora took his arm and moved along with him, letting him lead the way on the walk, completely unaware of what was going on with Alyssa.

Orion and Anora walked for a while. As it neared dinner time Orion lead them back, not wanting to keep Anora away from her son too long, although he was enjoying his time with her.
Alie was still tending to Alyssa, having had to do a surgery to make sure there was nothing bleeding internally.
Kenna came in to sit with the kids during that time just in case Seth wanted to get back to work,

Seth had returned to work but when it was time for supper, Seth came back to collect the sleeping Tempest to take him home.
Anora had enjoyed her day with Orion, but was surprised when she saw Seth arriving at her home with Tempest, knowing that her nephew rarely ever stepped over Alyssa carrying for the boy. "Seth.....where is Alyssa?"
"The castle. With Alie to be specific." He stated. "Jakie suggested we spar and you know Alyssa."
"Took it to far. Please tell me..." Anora didn't have to finish as Seth nodded. "He's worried about her." He stated. "But he fell asleep and I wasn't going to leave him at the castle."
"Thank you for bringing him home, Seth." Anora said. "Orion...can you grab him while I get Alyssa and his room ready?" She said, figuring Alyssa would most likely stay with her again until fully healed.

Orion smiled and nodded, moving to take Tempest from Seth "You win?" he asked looking at Seth "Now i feel kind of bad for taking the afternoon off. Scion was going to be working all evening but he's with Alyssa, right?"
Around that time Alyssa was making her way out of the castle. Her stomach was wrapped and she was stubbornly walking along, having ignored Alie's protests as she usually did
,heading towards Anora's house
Azura walked down the halls of the castle and looked out the windows with a slight smile. She was still wrapped up fairly warmly, the spring air still crisp enough that she needed to be dressed warmer than the others. When she came to the door of Violet's room she knocked softly
"Come in" Violet said softly
Azura stepped into the room and smiled looking over at Violet, who was sitting in the rocking chair rocking the newborn infant in her arms.

Seth nodded. "Not a fair win." He stated. "Her injury slowed her down so she wasn't at full. We have, for the most part, always been on relatively even playing field." He stated. When he mentioned Scion he shook his head no. "Saw him stop by my uncles fiddling with some kind of small box in his hand but after that he grabbed a bite to eat and was back at the shop when I finished by rounds for the day. Saw him there when I left to come here. Think he was reading through some business letters or something. Who knows with him." He shrugged one shoulder, not really caring.
Anora opened the door and let them come in as she moved off to get the room ready for Alyssa and get tempest bed ready for him. She came back out a moment later to hear the two talking. "I'll take Tempest." She said. "Seth, keep an eye out for Alyssa."
Ariel was leaning against the wall near the window reading over a report when Azura came in. "Good Day, Lady Azura. Where is Aiden?" He asked, knowing that his brother-in-law, if not with Azura, was usually helping his father with matters of the crown.

"No one told him" Orion sighed, knowing that it was likely that Alyssa insisted on that, he just felt bad for Scion that he once again didn;t know what was going on with the woman he loved. Orion looked over at Anora and smiled slightly. He handed Tempest over gently and then gave her a soft kiss on the cheek "Thank you for spending the afternoon with me" he said to her with a small smile before looking towards Seth for another moment
Alyssa limped past Scion, not really noticing him there. There was a little bit of blood soaking through her bandage but she ignored it, determined to get back to Anora's without people bothering her
"Hello Ariel" Azura smiled happily at them both "Working with his father i believe. I just came to see the baby" she said softly. Violet had gotten really weak from giving birth and had been on bed rest ever since the baby was born. She was finally allowed to move around a little more but was still being encouraged to get a lot of rest since she had lost a fair amount of blood

Scion caught the scent of the blood when Alyssa walked past. He moved and easily grabbed her arm, frowning. "What happened?" He asked, looking her in the eyes as he spoke.
Ariel nodded as he looked towards his wife. "You okay, love?" He asked her, setting the letter down and moving over towards her and his daughter. Ariel, despite the child only being a young thing, was wrapped around his little girls finger already, and Aiden was just as protective of his niece as he was of his sister and Azura, though he had not gotten to much chance to see his sister or his niece as he was staying busy to try and allow Ariel time to spend with them both.
Anora smile softly before looking towards Seth. "Thank you for bringing him home Seth."
Seth nodded and excused himself to step outside and keep an eye out for Alyssa as his aunt had asked.

"Seth kicked my ass" Alyssa answered simply, looking straight back at him. She had wanted to avoid this, not wanting to have to deal with him worrying about her being injured
Violet smiled "I'm feeling much better today, Ariel. I'm fine." she looked at Azura "Has the nurse recovered?" she asked. SHe had not been outside the room in over a week so she was not sure how things were going but she had scratched one of the nurses during the delivery, her feline instincts taking over a little once again
Azura smiled "She's fine. She's more worried about your condition than the scratches on her arm"
Torrent looked out at the sky then over at his son "That's it for today, son" he smiled, setting the papers aside "thank you for helping, as always. Now go spend some time with Azura and your sister. There's going to be enough time where you have to be here rather than with the people you love once you're king" he grinned "Besides, you have a wedding in a few months, i'm sure there's planning to be done"
