"So it would seem." Dyten said stretching slightly. "Maybe we can help change that." He raised a brow at her. "And maybe I can help with their fighting. Their guards lack....greatly." Dyten let her lead the way, taking his usual gaurd position.

"Valeran's a pretty astute warrior. I saw it in his head. Servant and protector. And half-brother" she said looking over at him "I don't think we can change an entire race's way of life, maybe we can. right now i was thinking we should sneak in to see our friends, they both got in trouble because they left grounds to save me"

"I do not wish to do anything that will cause them more trouble." Dyten glanced towards her. "But I also do not feel like having that old bafoon talk my ear off all day either." He rubbed his neck with a sigh. "LEad the way sister. You know you will get your way."

"They won't get in trouble" She said hugging her brother "Because we won't get caught" she gave him an innocent smile and walked to the window "Thing about phoenixes is when they fly they give off a lot of light. They can;t meld into the darkness. Not like you and i can"

"True." Dyten stated with a slight smile. He followed her, his wings stretching slightly out behind him. He followed her towards their destination, keeping out of sight of the rest of the pheonixes.

Adara lead Dyten around the outside, following the thoughts she picked up to find Alexia's chambers, keeping to the shadows. She slipped open a window and crawled through, moving aside for Dyten to come in.
Alexia sat in the middle of the room, rubbing salve on the Valeran's wounds.
Valeran had protested but there was no talking Alexia out of it. He sat silently and let her treat him

Dyten slipped in with Adara, easily staying in the shadow which were more of his element. He frowned when he saw the salve she was using and glanced towards Adara, holding out one that would work better to her. HE did not want to startle Alexia, but didn't want to see Valeran suffer either.

"We've got company" Valeran said quietly, startling Alexia a little. She followed Valeran's gaze to them.
Alexia smiled and stood "My Lord" she said looking at Dyten with a curtsy "My Lady, it's good to see you on your feet" she said looking at Adara
Adara ignored the salve in Dyten's hand, deciding to let him give it to her himself
"Thank you, My Lady, for helping us" she said. curtsying back

"It's Dyten." Dyten said, calmly. He then held the small container out to her. "This will work better on the injuries then that other mess." He said, handing it to her before moving his hand back to rest at his side.

Alexia looked at the salve then at his face, meeting his eyes, her eyes gentle and curious.
"Thank you" she said quietly taking it from his but never moving her eyes from his
Adara smiled a little at this and moved over to Valeran, placing a hand on his shoulder "I apologize for startling you earlier. I've spent so much time with no one but my brother, sometimes i can;t help myself."
He glanced at her "M'lady may i ask how you knew all that?"
Alexia finally looked away and to Adara, waiting to hear the answer

"Mind reading." Dyten said, averting his gaze towards Valeran. "Several in our family have telepathic abilities." He glanced towards Adara. "Her's becomes quite annoying sometimes." He smirked slightly, his eyes there usual darker blue shade. They held a slight black tint to them which was common for him due to him being a black falcon. His wings folded against his back and disappeared for the time being.

Adara smiled a little
"Mind reading" Alexia asked surprise "I thought only men would be psychics"
Adara's smile faded "Actually i know who psychic women than men" she said dryly. She shook her head and sighed ~My god Dy, I've never been so tempted to overthrow a kingdom until now~ she said telepathically to him before smiling wryly at the others
"Here" she said, taking the salve "Let me treat him. It's the least i can do, since it was my fault." She said , wiping the other salve off and starting to apply the new
"Oh well you don't have to..." Alexia cut off as she started and smiled a little "Thank you" she said softly, moving to wash the salve from her hands, stealing a glance towards Dyten
"So....My Lord, you two are siblings then? Must be nice, having a sibling"

"Twins. And please...do not call me M'lord. It's Dyten." He glanced towards Adara. ~I am going to find a way to permanently ban that word from being used around me when we get home.~ He said with a shake of his head. He then glanced towards Alexia. "We are twins." He said smiling slightly. "We also have an older brother and sister but they stay in our mother's homeland where our eldest brother rules. His twin prefers not to."

"I just don't like being called something I have no claim to." Dyten said, glancing towards Adara. "You know I can't stand politics. My place is dealing with our soldiers, not dealing with idiots." Dyten shook her head slightly.
