"Two." He stated. "This is one of them." He looked towards the lake below and shook his head. "We'll stop here for the night. We have an early start so I suggest you both get some rest." He then moved over and leaned agianst a tree, closing his eyes. He was not asleep, and most likely would not sleep that night. Thankfully, he had inherited one thing from his father that was useful, and that was not needing to sleep all the time.

Valeran had sensed that Dyten would probably not sleep that night so he let himself sleep fully for once, instead of staying partially awake for safety. Alexia knew she should sleep but she wanted to get closer to the lake first. So once Valeran had fallen asleep she got up and moved quietly down the hill next to the cliff, closer to the lake. she kicked off her shoes and dipped her foot timidly into the water before sitting on the lake edge and letting her full legs slide in. She looked out over the water at the moon reflection on it and smiled. Leaning forward she touched the water gently watching it ripple from her touch, enthralled. In her homeland that had but one river so she had never seen still water outside of their drinking cups

Dyten opened his eyes. Spreading his wings, he flew over and landed near by. "You should get some sleep. We still have a way's to go tomorrow." He looked out over the lake as he spoke. He had his arms crossed and was standing a short distance from her. His messy black hair shuffled a bit as the wind blew, mimicking someone running their fingers through his hair gently.
Dyten sighed soflty as he looked in the direction of The falcon kingdom's caslte. A look of longing showed in his eyes, as he was missing home. He rarely let emotion show as he was, but at the moment, his longing was to great to hide.

"You miss your home, don't you?" she said quietly, not lifting her eyes from the lake "Must be nice. Having a place that you feel empty without. My home is gone forever, yet i don't really feel anything at all. I had no one there, except Valeran" She looked at him now "Do you have a family Dyten?" she asked him "That's why you miss home right? Because of your family?"

Dyten nodded. "Two older siblings, my twin and one younger brother. Plus my parents and endless family it seems." He smirked slightly but let it disappear. "I do not even know who all is still around. It's been three years since I have seen them. The last one I saw was my eldest brother during the battle." He sighed softly, before shaking his head a bit. "Hopefully my mother has not made herself ill worrying if I was going to come home those three years." He ran a hand back through his hair. "Come...we should return to your brother, and you should rest."

"I'm envious" she said standing up "I have Valeran, but he's not willing to see himself as my family. He was my mother's illegitimate son with a human dignitary and my father beat the fact that he was no part of our family into him over and over. It's why he made Valeran my servant. So that Valeran would know he was 'beneath us' " she sighed "But your right, anyways" she looked at him and smiled slightly "walking is very tiresome so rest is probably a good idea"

Dyten nodded. "If you remain here, it will change, hopefully. I do know that the ruling family is very family orriented." He held a hand down to help her up before walking with her back towards their small camp. Once there, he moved back over to his original spot and leaned against the tree, closing his eyes. He had three shadow forms off in the distance keeping an eye on their surroundings. Now that he was almost fully healed, it was nothing for him to do this.

"one can hope"Alexia took her place next to Valeran and smiled over at Dyten before laying next to her half brother and closing her eyes
Valeran got up before the sun had risen and began to prepare breakfast, waking Alexia once the sun was up
"How much farther is the Falcon city, Dyten?" Alexia asked curiously while she ate her breakfast "Valeran says we're slowing you down. That you'd be home if you weren;t stuck walking with us" she said with a slight frown. After their talk the night before she felt guilty that her asking him to bring them was keeping him from the home he longed for

"It is fine. And we are not to much futher. If we get moving soon we can be there by dinner." He reamined where he was, as one of the shadow figures came out of the nearby forest. It disappeared as Dyten stood up fully. "Eat and let's get moving again." He told them before he moved over, picking a few herbs nearby. He stashed the herbs away in one of his belt pouches that was still intact before moving back over to the tree.

"We're ready when you are, Falcon" Valeran said standing
"Dyten" Alexia corrected him before turning to Dyten himself "we'll try not to hold you back too much. But i'm afraid i am probably the slowest of us all" she said with a small smile, picking up the bag Valeran had let her carry, though unknown to her he has removed some stuff from it before she woke.

Dyten glanced towards Valeran. "Watch it." He warned him before moving on. He kept his wings open a bit, mainly because it was a bit more comfortable at the moment. Staying silent, Dyten simply listened to their surroundings, making sure that no one was following them. He had a feeling the rest of the trip was going to be rather boring, for him at least.

Alexia walked next to Dyten, asking him simple questions as Valeran followed behind. Sudden a shout came from the air and Valeran moved quickly, watching something that had suddenly fallen from the sky  Adara Drant looked up at Valeran from where she had landed in his arms "Oh, Hello" she said, blinking in surprise |

Dyten turned and a growled escaped his throat when he saw Valeran near Adara. "Adara...." He tried to keep his anger under control. "So he get's a hello and I don't? It's not like I haven't seen you in almost three years." He stated, speaking a little more cassually when he never stated that he was royalty. He had his arms at his side's, three shadow figures standing directly behind Valeran moving over towards Adara intent on protecting her.

Valeran set Adara down
"Forgive him" Adara said to Valeran "I'm sure what he really meant to say and thank you for catching me so i wouldn't hit the ground and hurt myself" she turned to her brother "Right, Dy? I think he deserved a Hello for saving me, don't you think?" she crossed her arms "Thank you in return for the friendly greeting yourself. It's been three years and the first thing you say to me is to get angry at me? That;s very sweet of you" she said pouting a little

"Wasn't angry at you, Adara." He said. "Was angry at that one." He said, referring to Valeran. "And you are capable of landing on your own to feet." He crossed his arms and leaned back against a tree, looking towards her with a raised eyebrow and a smirk on his lips. "So...as I said again, do I get a hello and no I am not going to thank him for putting his hands on you. so get over it." He shrugged once.
