Cloud was startled to see how fast he was. One second Xion was by the airship and seconds later in his face just like that. Cloud blocked the attack but his sword broke apart as a result. "Damn he's brutal..." Thought Cloud seeing he only had the remaining part of his sword in his hand. Juvia came out to see Cloud knocked back when he blocked Xion attack. A palm tree went down when Cloud who was still sliding back slammed up against it slightly. Getting on the offense he rushed and threw Xion back as hard as he could.

Xion stumbled back as he planted his feet and hand his hand grab the ground to get back his footing as he narrowed his eyes as they shinned and he growled. He was no in Sephiroth's stance at all... he was in a 3 point stance with the sword being held horizontal as the blade shined in the light to the tip.

Once again Xion started to run at Cloud again this time doing short sprints from one side to another to see if he can get an opening as he was going low... then jumping up and going high, then slash attacks from left to right then right to left.

Cloud had managed to move just in time and grabbed three of the blades to his right. He then moved to the left as Xion did and got the rest of his connecting parts to his sword. Getting it back together fast Cloud ran at Xion and used Cross Slash slicing him and throwing him back once again. Juvia winced seeing the two clash at each other. "Don't kill each other boys!" She called. "Don't worry about Cloud Juvia. He faced tougher then that and still came out with minor scratches." Said Yuffie. The next three hours the fight went onto until sunset. Laying on his back unable to twitch a muscle Cloud was still trying to catch his breath. "Xion... you awake...? If you pass out it's an automatic victory on my end. I can't believe we went that long with our battle... I'm so tired I think I'll just sleep where I lay tonight..."

No... I'm not passed out... hurting from the fight and exhaustion but not passed out." he said laying there also breathing hard but at the same time he was laughing. "I didn't think I would make it either... and I have to agree... I don't even want to move after a sparing match like that... I'm so sore." he confessed just laying on his back.

Tifa and Juvia came back out and walked toward the two guys. "Well are you two satisfied with mutilating each other Xion?" Asked Juvia frowning. "Honestly Cloud you're still reckless as ever." Said Tifa with a sigh. Both girls pulled the guys up. "Ow ow ow! Easy on the joints Tifa..." Said Cloud and he grabbed his sword and half limped half walked back in with Tifa's help. "Come on Xion let's get you and Cloud patched up." Said Juvia actually carrying Xion in on her back.

I don't know what's more isulting. being carried by a woman because your to hurt. Or being insulted by a woman while she's carrying you." he said groaning try to help but he was just in to much pain as he winced.

Setting both guys down Juvia actually grabbed a Materia and used it on the both of them healing the majority of their injuries. "I didn't know you could use Materia Juvia." Said Tifa coming back and wiping off Cloud's face first with a wash cloth making him squirm.

"I'm a quick learner." Said Juvia and Tifa then rubbed the dirt smudges off Xion's face. "Now you boys hungry?" Asked Tifa. "If you cooked Tifa yeah I'm starving." Said Cloud standing up stretching. Juvia smiled and kissed Xion's forehead saying, "Now no more trying to kill each other."

"Well I wanted to test his strength and the only way was to go full out. Boy did I get a work out though. Xion I'm very impressed and proud of you. Now just use that anger and strength in kicking Phantoms ass and we're all good." Said Cloud rubbing Xion's head.

Xion smiled. "consider it a deal." he said as he wraped his arm around Juvia. "btw, do you have any spare materia... I just want a couple... since it can put some on my sword and also on my armor." he said as he got up and stretched also feeling his joints unlock.

Cloud tossed a few Materia Xion's way and said., "Here you go kiddo. That should hold you over." Tifa came in holding Lukas who was putting up a fuss and not even sleeping yet. "Why's he up this late? He should have been asleep hours ago Tifa." Said Cloud. "He wants you Cloud." Said Tifa handing Lukas over and the boy immediately latched onto Cloud.

"Alright let's go get something to eat buddy then back to bed with you." Said Cloud walking after Tifa. The two of them froze when they saw Alicia leaning in the hall way. "How did you find us?" Asked Cloud immediately on the defense. "It was easy to bug your ship. I knew it wasn't wise to bug you because you guys are smart to frisk yourselves." Said Alicia.

Xion pickly put some of the materia in his sword and on his armor. "thanks cloud. these will come in handly." he said as he made sure to have defensive materia on his armor and offensive ones on his masamune.

When he saw Cloud and Tifa freeze up he looked as he got the sense of dread over his face. "Oh no..." he said gulping hard. ~its Psycho mom.~ he thought as he still remembered her screams from the night Juvia and him had their... time together.

Juvia who was with Xion just froze when she saw her mother. Alicia saw Juvia and said, "Good aim on that red headed fool Juvia. But you should have put his lights out and shut him up. He is annoying." "I didn't aim to kill.... Killing is a last resort for me mama..." Said Juvia softly. "Leave now you're not wanted here." Said Cloud frowning. "I've come to join you guys. Shinra is pissing me off too much now. Besides I have a little spy among Phantom forces. None the less my husband. He's been playing double agent pretending to be one of them the past week or so. He'll be a good source of info on their movements." Said Alicia. "Hard to believe someone as stiff as you is married to begin with. I don't trust you still though." Said Cloud.

"And for good reason... I still think you want me dead." he said narrowing his eyes a little bit. He then looked at Juvia. "So you do have a father after all. That's a bit reasuring." he said as he made sure his hand was on the hilt of his sword.

"Okay say we believe you for now at least... what's your so called plan thus far?" he asked hinting to Cloud to just listen and not jump to conculsions.

"He's not my father Xion..." Said Juvia running off in tears. "Xion go after her. I'll handle this." Said Cloud keeping his eyes on Alicia. Tifa nudged him along and said, "Go on dear. Here take your baby brother." She handed Xion Lukas and smiled. She then looked back to Alicia.

Xion took Lukas and ran as safely as possible after Juvia. "Juvia wait, wait." he said trying to go after her as he gentaly yet firmly held Lukas in his arms.

He ran till he was somewhat out of breath and saw Juvia crying. "Juvia... what's wrong... what did I say?" he asked worried.

Juvia wiped away a few tears and said, "It's not you Xion. I'm so sorry.... but I found out a while ago who my real father was. His name was Zack Fair and he was killed on the field." Juvia reached into her back pocket and said, "Look this is the only photo of him they had on record. Tell me I'm not seeing things. It's like looking at my own reflection."

She handed off the picture to Xion and said, "According to the info I read he died at age twenty three. I was born six months after his death. My mom didn't give me any details and I'm so pissed at her. I know I probably sound like cry baby to you right now Xion. I'm sorry it's just depressing I was six months short of ever meeting my real father." Said Juvia breaking down in more tears.
