I'm sorry Juvia... I don't know how it is to have parents since... well you know... but I do know what it feels like to be alone... thanks to Cloud and Tifa they are my family." he said as he motioned for Juvia to cry on him at least as Luckas was in his arms now drifting to sleep.

But hey... look at the good things. We found each other did we not?" he said smiling to her and leaning in to kiss her.

Juvia managed to stop crying and she sniffled and smiled. Kissing Xion back she said, "I'll be fine. Now that I was able to let that off my chest. I feel much better." Hearing footsteps she saw Cloud walking her and Xion's way. He took Lukas and said, "Thanks for putting him to sleep."

Xion shrugged as he looked to Cloud. "he seems to sleep more when I'm around. Luckas seems to know a lot also... for a younge kid." he said smiling.

He then got up and brushed himself off. "So... what's the plan?" he asked.

"Well we'll just have to put up with Alicia for now Xion. Now that she knows we're here and such we can't let her leave but I took her cell phone and any means of contact she has to call up Shinra and left it at that." Said Cloud. ringing was heard and he pulled his cell phone out, Seeing it wasn't it he tossed it at Juvia who caught it and said, "Hold that." Pulling out Alicia's cell he said, "Hello?"

All that was heard was an angry voice on the other end asking who Cloud was and Cloud said, "Your wife is in a meeting a the moment. My name is Tom I happen to be a Shinra representative. She left her phone with me so it wouldn't go off during business. Now can you tell me what you know?" Listening Cloud looked a bit stunned. "I see very well I'll report this information immediately. Thank you." He hung up and Juvia said, "Nice cover up." "We got problems. Wutai will be bombed tomorrow at sunrise. We got seven hours to help evacuate people."

"Son of a..... Yuffie!!! Where is that girl when you need her." Xion said looking around and running to the temple. "Yuffie!!!" he said looking for her.

Cloud meanwhile rushed off to tell the others after telling Tifa and handing her Lukas. Yuffie came running in fast and rammed right into Cloud. Grabbing him she said, "Is it true! Is it true they're going to try and destroy Wutai!" "Yes and some how they found out where we been hiding. And who here would be the one to squeal?" Asked Cloud.

"Mama you didn't!" Cried Juvia loudly looking at her mother horrified. Seeing the way Cloud was looking at her Alicia said, "What you assume I did it! I have no phone!" "You're the only one who who doesn't belong here! I may have frisked you! But you could have told them before hand where we were before you showed up!" Said Cloud.

"Make all the accusation you want Strife! Those people need help getting to safety!" Said Alicia turning to leave. A gun shot went off and Alicia went down getting a bullet in her arm. "The hell Juvia! Are you crazy! I'm your mother!" Yelled Alicia as Juvia had her gun pointing right at her. "No mother of mine would do this! People are going to die because of you! Try to leave I'll kill you!" Cried Juvia loudly. "I didn't say anything! Why don't you people believe me!" Yelled Alicia.

Xion came rushing in as he grabbed Juvia's arm and pined her down. "Now Juvia... I found out what's going on..." he said. "its me... this entire time I've been feeling sick because something is inside me. I asked Cait Sith to do a diagnostic... I have a tracker inside me... this whole time they knew we were airborne." he said. "Worst part is I can't get to it without a doctor... its in real real deep." he added.

He then walked to Alicia and used a cure materia on her to heal her wound. "there. that should do it... lets just get these people to safety first... worry about phantom second... then getting this blaster tracker in my body out 3rd. Agreed?" he said to them wanting them to worry about the task at hand.

Cloud sighed and said, "Alright let's go help these people." After that they headed on out to warn everyone. As the rest of the night went by everyone had been led to safety with nearly an hour to spare. Cloud walked back up the hill to find Tifa walking his way. "Tifa please go into a shelter with the people." Said Cloud. "No Cloud I won't you guys need me. I won't feel right if I just hide and let you guys fight." Said Tifa firmly. "Best do as he says Tifa. Your son needs you." Said Alicia as she came walking up.


Yuffie came running up with Juvia "Everyone's all safe Cloud. Now all we can do is wait." Said Yuffie. Cloud took Tifa and led her toward one of the underground shelters. She tried to fight him on it without hurting Lukas but he pushed her in gently and stroked his son's head and her face before leaving saying, "Close it up and please someone make sure she doesn't leave for nothing." A couple men gently grabbed Tifa and held her. She just gave up and took a seat watching as the doors closed. Cloud walked back over to the others and said, "Now we wait."

Xin was outside knowing full well they were coming. He just stood there with his sword in his hand sheathed but with his eyes closed. "This time I will end it with you Kazunari. I will not run... and I will kill you." he said narrowing his eyes looking to the horrizon.

"your nothing but a coward." he said as he continued to stare knowing full well that Kazunari and he had some strange connection... a connection where if their hate was strong enough they could feel one another.

Footsteps were heard behind them and a large group of men from the Wutai area came stepping forward. Cloud turned and said, "You people should be in a shelter for your own safety." "We heard there might be an army heading our way. It wouldn't feel right if we didn't defend our own land with you people. Please let us help. There may be too many for you all to handle on your own." Said the man who had been leading the group.

Cloud just looked at Yuffie and she smiled and nodded. "Very well you can help. I want you all to listen carefully. Try not to get yourselves killed for one. Number two I need some people at the entrance to send the alert when you see them coming. I don't care how you tell us when they come just make a loud call or something. Also some of you should keep yourselves hidden so you can possibly ambush whoever is stupid enough to let their guard down. Lastly the rest of you spread out equally across the area and try to kill as many as you can. Everyone follow?" Said Cloud to the group. The men nodded and quickly spread out to go to their positions.

"Interesting tactics there Strife. Simple yet might be effective." Said Alica walking up. "Well we don't exactly have time for a battle plan. The rest of you know what to do." Said Cloud.

Xion was waiting still ontop of a rock formation on Mount Wutai. He just sat there calm but with his sword now unsheathed and in his hands.

The entire Avalache group was devided into teams. Cloud, Juvia and Xion were on team 1, with Alicia also so Cloud could keep watch over her. Barret, Red XII and Yuffie were on team 2. Vincent, Cid and Cait Sith were on team 3 but cait sith's main job was to be with the group of men to do alerts and relay info.

Xion looked over his materia as he looked at his summon magics and was shocked to see what Cloud put in there. he gave him Odin one of the most powerful known. And also Neo Bahamut... the second most powerful dragon type summon. ~he must be packing the big ones... guess we can't take any chances.~ he said as he stretched before sitting back down again.

It wasn't long when the beginning rays of sunlight were starting to come up. Everyone was holding their breath waiting for the oncoming attack. Out of nowhere half the men on the east were taken out by a sudden explosion. Screams were heard as the rest scattered. Everyone froze when they saw nothing there. There wasn't a person on sight no men no nothing it's as if the explosion came out of thin air.

Cloud who was on the hill was looking at the east. Seeing one of the other guys come running his way he quickly went over to him and said, "What the hell was that?" "We don't know there's nothing there. No men no nothing it came out of thin air." Said the man out of breath. Juvia who was looking in the sky with some binoculars said, "It don't appear to be aerial bombing. They're too smart to do that because sure they know about our air craft." The binoculars dropped out of her hands and she cried, "Oh shit I just remembered!"

"What is it?" Asked Cloud. "It's a long explanation." Said Juvia. "Make it fast we don't have time." Said Cloud. "Fine fine. To make a long story short they're probably using stealth technology. I totally forgot that's one of the projects Shinra found out Phantom was working on. Things might get very ugly very fast Cloud." "No one else knows and now you bring this up?" Said Cloud with a sigh. "Sorry it totally slipped my mind." Said Juvia with a nervous laugh.

Xion looked up in horror. "ah man..." he said as he jumped down. Getting into radio contact range. "To anyone listening to this... listen... the enemy is using steath technology... I repeat... the enemy is usuing stealth techonology." he seemed to yell out to everyone as he was trying to get everyone to listen.


Vincent heard the message as he looked around and started to tell everyone as fast as possible... then Barrett heard the news... then Cid until everyone knew but how long did it take... and how many people were being lost?


Xion on the other hand closed his eyes to think... they had to be able to do something. Xion remembered the materia he studdied as he then thought... Yuffie and cloud had 2 speacil materias... the enemy copy materia... "Cloud... I have an idea... its a long shot, but its our only shot. Can you do Level 4 Suicide... the trap will lock onto it and maybe kick up some dust to see our enemy... and relay it to Yuffie... it might work..." he said.

Cloud nodded and another explosion rocked the area. Giving a loud sharp whistle few times he hoped it would catch Yuffie's attention. Yuffie who was on the east side turned hearing Cloud whistle. Having a feeling it was some signal she grabbed a pair of binoculars and looked in that direction. Seeing Cloud hold up four fingers she immediately caught on and grinned saying, "Get ready for a big bang guys.! We're about to expose these stealth freaks!"

Cloud quickly activated the Materia and another boom went off throwing up dust. But what he saw wasn't what he was expecting. "What the hell is that thing!" Said Alicia seeing a shadow that literally towered over them like a large building. "I don't know but don't attack until we get a better picture." Said Cloud. "CLOUD LOOK OUT!" Yelled Juvia but it was too late. Cloud found himself flung so hard he landed by the other group. Yuffie let out a startled gasp as she saw Cloud land on his back right by them.

Kazunari had appeared right next to Xion and had been the one to fling Cloud. In a flash he had his sword out and was on Xion in an instant.

Xion was caught off guard as he narrowed his eyes at Kazunari. "you!" he said growling under his breath as he tightened his grip on his masamune. "so back for round 2 huh?" he stated.


Vinicent saw what Cloud did and ran with his group to where this thing was. He jumped and started to shoot at the thing thanks to clouds attack with the materia. He shot as many times at it to get its attention. Once that was established he was looking for some weak points. "Argh! Barret... aim for the joints." he called out as he kept looking.

On it!!!" said Barrett firing as much as he could. "Cait Sith... get in that thing and find its weakness damn it!!!" he yelled.
