Juvia just laughed and saw Red running beside the car. She opened the window and stuck her head out getting the fresh air. She pulled her head in and straightened out her messed up hair.
"Ugh... It's kinda hard when you can see down." Groaned Yuffie giving herself the tranquilizer." She then stood up and took a deep breath walking over to Marlene and Denzel she said, "Having fun you two?" They both nodded and smiled.

All was well until there was an explosion because the new Mark 2 highwind just intersepted a monster that was running towards the car. Then there were more and more soon running up. It was like a full out assault to try and see if at least one could get through and divert the car.
"What the???" Xion asked as he looked seeing black shadow dogs coming at them. "Monsters... here?" he asked.
Red came up and was talking to Reno through the window as he ran. "Just punch it and get to the next base... I'll worry about any others that get close to the car." he said as he slowed down to be behind the car and wait for any monsters to get close to him first."

Tifa let out a startled cry as a bullet zinged through the window by her shattering it. Lukas started crying loudly but thankfully none of the busted glass got on him. Tifa held him close and cried, "Cloud do something!" "Shit!" Cursed Cloud loudly. He swung open his door and got on top of the moving car. Not only did they have the monsters to deal with but a helicopter as well. Kicking the door closed with his foot he saw Yuffie landing down beside him. Ditching her parachute she tossed Cloud his sword they had recovered from the mess of the bar a while back. "Go get them Cloud!" Said Yuffie throwing her giant shuriken at the helicopter forcing them to swerve.

Another bullet was shot but this time focused more on where Xion was as the door hindges broke... Xion was shocked as he pulled back seeing the door just fly off but his belt was buckeld... then another shot and there went his belt and him slipping out of the door. "Argh!" he screamed as he was sucked out.
Red quickly ran to Xion and got him on his back before he tumbled and hurt himself anymore. He only had one good bumb before he was caught. "Just hold on Xion... I got you." he said as Xion was on his back now and Xion was holding on.
Xion held on frimly as he winced. "Damn... if only I had my sword... or any kind of sword like a katana... I would be able to help fight also." he said as he helped the way he could by using his feet as weapons when he kicked other monsters legs, faces and other spots as well.

"You gotta be shitten me! How's that possible!" Yelled Reno. Yuffie threw her shuriken out further and cleared the area around Red. Meanwhile the hatch to the high wind opened and Alicia who had snuck in earlier grabbed Vincent and shoved him out saying, "Go help! My daughter is down there damn it!" She then grabbed the sword by her and jumped out after him. Landing on the car roof next to Cloud and Yuffie she flung the sword toward Xion yelling, "CATCH IT!!"
She heard two screams under her. Once of the wolves had gotten in the vehicle half way and and was tearing at Tifa who was kicking at it trying to get it off her and Juvia. One gun shot ended it though. Alicia had destroyed it and swung herself in. Seeing the blood she said, "You two alright?" "Mama!" Cried Juvia hugging her. Tifa was slightly cut up on her legs but appeared to be okay.

Vincent that was thrown out started shooting at some of the wolves until he landed on the rooftop with Cloud and Yuffie and continued to shoot till he ran out of bullets and had to reload. "That woman... didn't even give me a chance to get my gun ready." he said as he took his time firing at the ones that jumped at them.
Xion caught his sword as he put it behind his back. "Thank you!" he said as he smiled then pulled it out... thanks to red he and red were clearing out the wolves and were running to get to the open side. "You alright!" he called to them.

Yuffie had taken out the helicopter and let out a big cheer when it went down. Tifa meanwhile seemed to be in a lot of pain. She bit her lip letting out a loud cry. Alicia saw her legs were swelling up. "She's been poisoned." Said Alicia in a grim tone. The rest of the enemy had been cleared out. By then they had made it to the destination.
"Tifa!" Cried Cloud worried. The moment they were in a safe area everyone was gathered around her as Reno had gotten her out of the car and had lay her down gently. Juvia held the baby as Tifa seemed to be acting very radical due to the poison. She gripped Cloud's shirt and let out a pained scream.
By then some other people had come running over out of the facility and Reno said, "Alright everyone back up let her have some breathing room!" "Tifa..." Said Yuffie her eyes filling with tears as Cloud was lifting her up into his arms and following after the workers. Her cries became even louder.

Xion could not believe what had finally happened as he shook his head sheathing his sword. "why is it happening only with me. Damn it why do they want me... why damn it!" he yelled starting at the Turks. "WHAT'S THE DAMN CONNECTION BETWEEN ME AND THEM... WHAT IS IT... I'VE HAD IT WITH THE SECRETS... TELL ME DAMN IT... WHY ARE THEY AFTER ME!!!!" he screamed out as his eyes went similar to Sephiroth's as he was enraged... Red tapped him as then Xion was snapping back to reality as he was now calming down.

Lukas started crying that moment and Juvia just looked at Xion before hurrying after Cloud and Tifa while trying to sooth him. The next few hours were long and agonizing for Cloud. He just sat out in the hall while Tifa was being treated. Finding his son placed in his arms he just hugged little Lukas close and cried softly.
"Cloud she's going to be okay. She's out of the woods for now but will still have a fever for a few days." Said Reno softly as he came out. Cloud nodded and Reno said, "Maybe she and the kid still stay outta this. I mean it's far too dangerous and the baby is too young to be away from his mom."

Xion was walking down the hallway until he came across the leader of the turks. He was looking over some papers until Xion had enough he grabbed him and pinned him to the wall. Then out of no where he pulled his sword out narrowing his eyes. "Start talking." he said gritting his teeth. "what's the damn connection... i may be a kid but I know there something you have been hiding from me... these attacks are becoming for frequent and they only happen when I'm around. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!" he demanded as his eyes went to slits again but he was deliberately holding himself back... rejecting what sephiroth's impulses were telling him to do.
Tsung just started at him then at the blade then back at him as he saw the others showing up. "You won't like what I have to tell you, Super Soldier." he said narrowing his eyes.

A blade went at his throat and Cloud said, "That's enough. I'm starting to see why you've been deemed so dangerous Xion. But if anything I still see you're just a frail minded child. You're not mentally prepared to handle the truth yet. Now if you become anymore of a problem I'll be the one who have to kill you. Think of the people who actually care about you like Tifa whose enduring the pain right now and Juvia who loves you. And stop acting like this. You'll know when the time is right!"
Juvia meanwhile sat by Tifa's beside while the poor woman was suffering from a severe fever. She was quite delirious from it as she lay there breathing heavily. "Xion..... Cloud...." She cried out softly in her fevered sleep. "I thought she was out of the woods damn it! You people don't know what you're doing!" Cried Juvia looking at doctor who walked in. "I'm sorry but when I said the worst of it's over. I meant the poison was the tough part. Containing her fever is a lot easier." Said the doctor.

Xion looked back narrowing his eyes still looking a lot like sephiroth's but as he heard Cloud's words he widened his eyes and dropped his sword and started to shake again. "what... no... I..." he held his head. "His voice... not again... not again... NOT AGAIN!" HE yelled hearing sephiroth again in his head.
"Poor little Xion. YOu see what is happening now... you are starting to distrust... you are starting to get angry about everything... things you don't understand... your to impulsive... but I like that... you will become me... very very soon." he said approaching him.
"STAY AWAY FROM ME!!!" Xion yelled in his mind and in the physical world holding his head... "Help me!!!" he screamed out as tears came down...
Reeve came by seconds later seeing what was happening. "oH no... get him to the med lab... now!" he called out as doctors came and sedated Xion. "I was afraid of this... its the blacklash effect of the experimentation. just like what you went through Cloud... only much much worse." He said looking at how fragil Xion was.

Juvia who sat on the other side of the small lab by Tifa's bedside jumped when Xion was being led in. Cloud came in after and went over to Tifa taking her hand in his immediately. He just stroked her head. "Don't bother them Juvia. Just say here with me and Tifa and keep your eye on the baby. They know what they're doing." Said Cloud softly.

Xion was behind hooked up to a computer to read his mind and other functions as he was sleeping. After what seemed like a few moments he was fully stabalized and mentally calm. They continued to scan his mind until finally they saw something he was having something like a waking dream that he was having a conversation with.
Xion awoke in his mind that he was in a feild of flowers in full bloom but everywhere else it was white... "Where... am I?" he asked as he looked at the flowers smiling at them as he went down and smelled them. He then saw a familiar figure again... It was that woman from the picture. "You again... who... are you?" he asked her as he stood now seeing her face as he tilted his head.
in the real world he was literally talking in his sleep and everyone was hearing him.

"You care for them right? The people who are closest to you are never far from you Xion." She said with a smile. She then wrapped her arms around him and said, "Don't ever let them go no matter what. They need you. Now wake up." She vanished after that.
A loud scream went through the area and it sure wasn't Xion. Tifa's fever had gotten even worse then before. She was crying out quite loudly. As she thrashed and flailed out. Cloud was forced to restrain her as he cried, "Tifa! Tifa it's alright!!"
