Xion looked seeing Tifa and Cloud, at how burnt and hurt they were. He lowered his head... "This is all my fault. If I hadn't been there... then, none of this would of happened." he said feeling sad. He stepped out and felt ashamed. "I'm sorry..."

Tifa smiled and said, "Xion it's alright sweetie. You couldn't have known this would happen. We love you and you're like a son to us ain't that right Cloud?' "Yes and trust me we've been through a lot worse. Now you mind keeping your baby brother busy so me and Tifa can go to the meeting with Reeve and the others?" Said Cloud taking the baby from Tifa and putting him in Xion's arms. Juvia came walking up and tickled the little one saying, "Oh he's so precious.." "In that case you can help Xion Juvia. Everything you need is right here. We'll be back in an hour." Said Cloud handing the bag to Juvia and wheeling Tifa along the two of them disappeared. Juvia smiled and took the little one saying, "Are you alright Xion? I won't let my mom boss me around. I love you and I will keep being with you."

Xion shook his head blushing. "thank you Juvia... you have no idea how much that means to me." he said as he looked at Lukas and tickled him. "hello there little brother. aren't you so cute... and so full of life." he said nuzzling him and making him laugh.

Juvia was fussing over the baby as well making him giggle even louder. He suddenly spit up right on Xion and Juvia had moved back just in time that moment. She laughed and aid, "Aw isn't that cute. We got him riled up." Said Juvia with a grin. She took Lukas and took a napkin out of her back pocket wiping off Xion's shirt.

"So this is brotherly bonding?" he said sarcasticly as he walked with her... he still kept close to Juvia and hugged her as he stroked Lukas's head as he saw that warm smile.

Juvia laughed and said, "How could you be mad at such an innocent little thing like this? I mean look at this little guy. He's a mirror image of Cloud. Blond hair blue eyes he's so cute!"

Meanwhile at the meeting everyone was discussing what to do with Xion and how to counter Phantom seeing the commotion they caused a few days prior.

Xion shook his head... "I'm not mad... I'm surprised mostly... out of all the kids this one is the most lively... he might look like Cloud... but I think he'll be more like Tifa... I'm sure of it." he said smiling.

Reeve slamed his fist down. "Keeping him under lock and key is out of the question... Phantom is sending in well disguised assasins now... we have to keep him on the move." he said not like Tsung's idea.

"Your judgement is clouded Reeve... we have never lost on any of our objectives." said Tsung.

Barret Laughed. "Oh so when Avalanche came in and destroyed the reactors, tore your plans up time and time again... stopped you with the Giant Materia... that was just a fluke right?" he said.

Obviously what Barret had said shut up Tsung pretty fast. Reno just grinned at that. "Ouch someone got told. Hate to say this but he's right. We were never on top of things from the start. But keeping him out of the open also ain't a bad idea. Lock and key sounds good to me." Said Reno.

"That's inhumane and you know it. I swore on my life I wouldn't let anyone get that boy and I intend to keep my promise. You need to take his feelings into consideration. You all see him as a tool, but he has thoughts, he has memories, and feelings. He's just like any normal human being." Said Cloud.

"Could it be you sympathize for him because he went through the same thing you Cloud?" Asked Rufus finally speaking up. He had been quiet the whole time the arguments went on. Cloud just looked at him. "I believe your silence says so. The boy is a weapon and we have to treat him as such no matter what anyone says. He's dangerous to us all. We don't want him going berserk but you don't want to over stimulate him too much at the same time either. Letting him out in the open is out of the question. If Phantom gets him we may as well assume the worst." Said Rufus calmly.

Barret folded his arms in disaporval. "I say we keep tabs on the boy but keep in in a contained location... a place where we can always keep eyes on him. besides... you treat him to much like a weapon and who knows what will happen... Cloud is right... I've trusted his judgement since we fought sephiroth." he said.

Reeve nodded. "and I know the perfect canidate to watch him... well 2 in fact." he said smiling. "Yuffie and Vincent can share keeping tabs on him. they are good at staying in the shadows. and I still have my furry little friend to act as backup." he said.


The Doors slowly opened as another old friend came in. "Or I can also watch the boy. He seems down to earth and he seems to like me... I just met him a while ago." said Red XIII aka Nanaki.

"Very well all in favor of this idea raise their hands." Said Rufus calmly. Cloud and Tifa put their hands up as well as Yuffie. Surprisingly Elena who sat with Reno andTsung put her hand up. Seeing everyone stare she said, "What he is just a child still. Just think a little bit on the level of a dangerous toy. And as many times as we lost to Avalanche I think they have better judgement then we could right now." Reno actually put his hand up as well and said, "For once she's actually right. Now can we finish this I'm starving here."

Tsung sighed as he nodded. "I guess we try and figure out what Phantom is really up to." he said as he got up and went to the computer. "I guess its safe to say that this Xion is kinda like your brother Cloud, and family does offer the best protection... so to say." he said as he walked off.

Barret smiled as he clapped his hands... "You'll see we are in the right... not to mention Cloud is one hell of a good teacher... that boy is just as good as you were in the beginning as a mercenary. Remember Cloud... good time." he chuckled.

Red walked bout but Vincent watched as he narrowed his eyes. "Cloud... train him well. I doubt the turks are training him properly." he said as he huffed a little bit... as if he knew they were diliberatly holding Xion back... in fear of what he could become.

Xion on the other hand was enjoying his time with Julia... finally after the little one was asleep and he was rocking him he looked to Julia as he was getting the one feeling he wanted to do for a while. "Julia... you care for me right?" he asked her as he gulped. "Then... why haven't we... ummmm... kissed?" he asked her blushing.

Cloud came by and plucked his son right out Xion's arms and walked off saying, "Have fun you two." Juvia was blushing and she pulled Xion in for a deep loving kiss holding him close to her. Pulling away she was breathless. "If you two are done we're heading out now." Said Tifa walking up on crutches now. She was pushing herself slightly but not too bad to hurt herself. "Oh Xion gets to leave finally?" Asked Juvia. Tifa nodded and Juvia said, "I'm coming with. Who cares what my mother says I love Xion after all."

Xion was really off guard after he saw Luckas taken away. then When Juvia brought him in he was turning red... like he was on fire but relaxing into the kiss. But after she seperated Xion as all spinning eyes from that... it was as if he had absorbed to much data and his body was still in the process of catching up. ~oh wow.~ he thought.

Juvia was already half way down the hall with Tifa when Xion came to his senses. "Hurry up Xion we're leaving!" She called down the hall. She waited for him to catch up and then got into the car with him. Tifa was already in there and apparently Cloud was in front talking to Reno who was driving about where they were heading to next.

Tifa was feeding Lukas and had a blanket covering herself thankfully. "Doesn't that tickle?" Asked Juvia not even bothered by the fact she was doing that. "It did at first but now I've gotten used to it. You two did a good job taking care of him." Said Tifa with a smile.

Meanwhile up in the skies the Highwind was tailing behind the moving car at a slow speed. Denzel seemed to be excited as he and Marlene were on board with everyone else who couldn't fit in the car. He and Marlene just stared down below as they stood side by side. "Just look at that view!" Said Denzel excited. Yuffie who sat in the corner not looking too well puked in the trash bin and groaned saying, "I knew I should have gone with them in the car! This sucks! I feel horrible!"

When Xion came to his senses and got in the car he was trying so hard not to act obvious about knowing Tifa's Bust size... the growth was there and little luckas was having his meal. ~Oh boy... to have such memories.~ he thought as he held Juvia's hand as he looked out his window.

Vincent went to her and gave her a tranquilizer to help with her motion sickness. "remember what Cloud said. to avoid motion sickness you need to keep moving around and not stay still in one spot for to long... or... well... you know." he said as he walked away.

Red on the other hand was actually running beside the car to get a good amount of excersise as Xion looked at him. He seemed to like the attention and knew that one day Xion would ask him for a ride on his back.
