Torrent nodded "Take a few, find out" he noticed the rose in her hand and blinked then looked at Dyten "The doctors will work better without us crowding them. Perhaps I should accompany you " he said running his hand through his hair, trying not to stress out too much right now but failing. He was worried about his sister and he was worried about Dyten. Most of all though he was worried about who was out there that was strong enough to do this to Adara
Jade put a hand on her shoulder "Breath, relax. " he said quietly, trying to calm her "the emotions are still there he just can;t remember how much he loves her at the moment. Which is more dangerous than ever before. Because now he's angry without a clear cut purpose. If the thoughts are too much just block them out."

Dyten bowed his head slightly to Torrent before he moved to head out. He paused when Torrent mentioned coming with him. "Up to you." He stated before moving to get ready. Before he left, after the doctor had already finished, Dyten slipped in and left a note and a black rose on the table next to Adara before he moved to head out with the rest towards the direction of where the blood trail would lead.
Sandra took several deep breaths and just relaxed, using his hand on her shoulder as a way to calm herself. "It's not really the thoughts...it's just the overwhelming emotions." She said after a few moments and opened her eyes. Even at 12 years of age, Sandra was mature, already having taken on tasks for her mother with helping with the spies.

Torrent grabbed his sword and moved after Dyten. The men were all abuzz. They all knew Adara was a capable fighter and the only one who matched her really had always been Dyten, and yet somehow she was taken down to this extreme. When the arrived at the spot where Dyten had left the rose they walked in to a bloody scene. Bodies of 6 enemy fighters laid around the area, killed quite apparently by Adara;s sword. It was clear they had ambushed her when she happened to come to that spot but she had taken them down with relative ease. Adara's blood was not on the weapons on any of these men. Her tracks lead away, she had started to leave when she stopped, a pool of blood marking this place. There was a strange strong smell from that spot, not human or falcon.
Jade nodded "He might not fully remember her, but he loves her. That kind of emotion, the intenseness of it, it never truly disappears. He probably doesn;t fully understand why he feels so strongly about this."
Adara didn't wake until two days later

Sandra nodded as she did her best to stay calm with Jade's hand resting on her shoulder.
Dyten did what he could to find information regarding the attack on Adara, with not to much success. He was leaning in the corner of her room, his eyes closed and his thoughts blank to Adara when she woke. He opened them when he heard the first sounds of her stirring, but remained silent, letting her come to fully and not wanting to cause her to run again. He had been focused on trying to remember anything he could while he had been back at the castle, not leaving her side very long other then to train or take care of things he needed to in order to try and find who was responsible.
The day she awoke was the day that Necros arrived back with a visitor. Necros made his way inside the castle with said person following him. "Torrent." The older black falcon stated as he arrived, bowing his head slightly. The man was cousin to the old king who had been Matthew's father. He had been orphaned after his father and mother were murdered by his uncle, and had been raised by his uncle along side Matthew and his brothers. "Everything is finally quiet along the boarders." He stated. "Any news since I have been away?" He asked. "Oh and we have company." He stated, glancing over towards the man. "He is seeking help in finding his son. I can vouch for him and verify he lived her during the time of your grandfather." He stated.

Adara stirred slowly at first, the suddenly bolted up, alert. She regretted this act instantly as the room began to spin and the stitches in her side opened from the jerky movement, causing the injury to start to bleed one more. Her head swimming she could barely make out the figure in the corner as she fell back down to the pillow. She was tense and still alert despite her eyes not focusing properly, on edge because she knew someone was in the room but could not hear their minds.
Torrent looked up when Necros entered and smiled, moving to greet the man "Uncle" he said, fondly addressing the man as such. Although he wasn't he addressed Necros as such since he had been raised beside his father "That's good to hear. Glad things are quieting somewhere" he said running his finger through his hair "A fair amount has happened in your absence" he said, informing Necros of the men in town and some of the other scuffles and troubles that had occurred in his absence "Adara's back in the castle" he finished with "She was found bleeding and unconscious in town. She's still unconscious. Dy's with her right now. Not sure what happened, there was a fight but we haven't been able to trail the culprit or figure out who could had taken her down." he smiled slightly, with all the stress and concern he completely forgot that Necros had been gone the entire time that Dyten had been back in Elendron, forgetting the man was not aware yet that his grandson was even alive "Hi" Torrent said, moving over to the guest, still not cluing in to his mistake "Welcome. Please, come sit, we'll see what we can do to help" he smiled at him

The man bowed his head as he moved to take a seat. His dark black hair stood out against slightly tanned skin. What stood out the most, however, was the honey gold orbs that were so similar to Dyten's own honey gold eyes. He glanced towards Necros as he saw the man freeze at the word that his grandson was not only alive but was back home in the palace. It was but the second time he had seen shock like that on the man's face. The first had been when Necros had heard of his daughter being pregnant with his grandson. The man glanced between Torrent and Necros. "The young man holds the same name that I gave to my son." He said with a soft smile. "Saddly the child was taken from me and my wife but a day after he was born." He said with a slight sigh and a shake of his head. "Forgive me for my maners. My name is James." He stated. "Please forgive me if I do not give my last name. I...have not used it since my son was taken from me." He responded. Necros simply remained silent through the exchange of words. Dyten moved where she could see him better. "Do you want me to call the healer?" He asked her, seeing as she had reopened the stitches. "I can tend to it if you would prefer, but the healer would be better."

Adara seemed to relax upon realizing it was him, her vision slowly coming back to her as well. She looked away a little trying to hide the pain in her face "it's fine" she said closing her eyes to collect her emotions before looking back at him "just give me the needle and thread. I can restitich myself. You don't remember me, right? No point getting your hands bloody for a stranger"
Torrent listened quietly to the man's story frowning "how long ago was this when it happened?" He asked the man softly "do you know who would have taken him?"

Dyten looked towards her fully. "I don't remember you entirely, no." Dyten confessed. "Though...there is something about you that is familiar to me. I do not know how though. I know I gave you black roses all the time, you are a mind reader, and you rule here. I know you like to swim, help others, and that you liked to torment me with chocolate covered strawberries." He stated. "The biggest thing I remember is back when I was eight I got lost in a cave. You came out to find me by yourself because you said the others were taking to long." He looked down. "I wish I could remember more." He moved over to grab the items she needed before moving back over and having her move where he could tend to it.
James gave him the exact date which was just a day after Dyten was born. "The only one I can guess took him was the nurse maid. A note was left for me saying that he was safer that way away from those who wished falcon's harm." He stated. "You see....after the fall of Elendron I was here with my wife. She gave birth. The next day I had to step out as I was a soldier and had duties to attend to. When I returned home...my wife was in a panic because she could not find out son. She had put him down for a nap and then had taken a nap herself. We were known by many around as my wife was the great niece of the king." He stated. "And much loved by him. So it was shocking anyone would take a child from her. She showed me the note. She passed away a day later from complications brought about by the birth and by the stress that loosing our son caused. I left the day after we buried her in search of him and to deal with issues along the boarder. I didn't come back intent on finding him. I have traveled since then in search of him, but it always seems to be like chasing after a shadow." James sighed softly. "I know he had traits of a black falcon. My wife thought there was a possibility considering his grandfather, but with the king's own son we brushed it off." He stated. "I mean...Matthew Corrington and Necros Corrington both being black falcons and there are only two, we knew that it wasn't likely. Of course...with Necros's blood line you never know." He glanced over towards the man with a smirk.
Necros just grunted. "There are three." He stated. "You still haven't told us what you told me though." He stated.
"Oh...yes..." James stated as he reached into a pouch at his side and pulled out the ring. "I found this on the battle field. I served as a mercenary captain for the Elendron side during the war. I recognized the crest on it because it's the ring I had given to my son the day he was born." He handed it over to Torrent. "I was hoping you might recognize it." It was the ring Dyten always wore on a chain around his neck. The crest was that of the Eliete Major which had been James Ryder's position at one point.
"There is a visitor down stairs. I am guessing one is my grandfather judging by the way the shadows are swarming." Dyten muttered softly as he worked. "Some things have come back to me. It is just....my memories of you I seem to have buried away deeper to protect them. No doubt because of how valuable they are."

Torrent took the ring looking at it, keeping recognition from his face "it looks vaguely familiar" he lied "Let me check, i know my sister kept records of a lot of old crests." he smiled at the man then looked at Necros, indicating for him to follow as a servant came out to offer James a drink. Once out of the room Torrent stopped and looked at Necros "That's Dyten's ring" he said looking at him "He's your grandson. Is that your daughter's husband?" he asked, wondering if that actually was Dyten's father and why Necros didn;t just address that to the man when he met him. Necros verified the man was from Elendron yet there seemed no acknowledgement of a father-in-law/Son-in-law relationship "He acknowledge his sons relationship to you, Necros. So what's going on?" he asked, unsure why the man hadn;t just told James about Dyten
Adara looked at him then moved to make it easier for him "They weren't listening to me." she muttered under her breath "I told them exactly where you were but they wanted to retrace your steps. Don't think they really much believed in my mind reading yet at that point" She closed her eyes as he worked "I feel him too. Necros. And a stranger" she said, listening to the minds of the people in the other room. Her body tensed as she caught Torrent's thoughts, about the man down there possibly being Dyten's father. Her mind raced. As much as Dyten's return made her on edge a little since he didn't remember this man's story scared her. Dyten believed his parents dead. If this man's story was true and he had been kidnapped and brought to Akrita then it would completely shake Dyten and a fear rose in her that she could lose him

"Thank you." James said with a bow of his head. After they left the room James thanked the servant with a smile as he took the drink. He was polite in his words and glanced around as he sipped on the drink, thinking over what he would say when he finally found his son.
Necros moved to follow after Torrent. When they were far enough away that Torrent spoke and mentioned it being Dyten's ring he nodded. "It is." He stated. "And very few knew about him having that ring which was one of the reasons I knew who James was." He stated. "I had from the boarder here to interrogate him fully to make sure it was actually him." He stated looking towards the ring once more then back at Torrent. "Dyten has lived his entire life knowing that Lilly was dead and believing the same of his father. Tell me...how do you think the boy would react to knowing that not only was his father alive but had been searching for him this entire time? Dyten's one thing has always been family and it has always been wanting a place to belong. While he could have that with James, yes..." He paused for a moment as he thought it over. "Call it being selfish if you wish but....I don't want to cause that kind of stress on Dyten, especially considering what could have happened to him while he was gone during the war." He looked towards Torrent. "What happened to him? Every time his name has been mentioned you get that look you usually do when his name was brought up after the original news of him disappearing came." He stated.
Dyten worked on her side silently as he let her speak. He finished the stitching and cleaned everything up before he moved back to bandage her side to protect the stitching. "A stranger?" He spoke, looking towards her confused, especially when she tensed. He moved back over to her after everything was cleaned up. He hesitated for a moment before he reached out and brushed his fingers against her forehead gently. "What has you tense?" He asked her as he took his hand back and let it rest at his side.
James stood and moved to step out, catching just the end of their conversation. "I...forgive me. I do not mean to interfere. I was wondering if I might visit the graveyard while you are looking for information on the ring? I would like to visit my wife's grave while I am here." He stated softly. "Lilly Ryder." He muttered softly.

Torrent nodded to James "Of course" he smiled "You're free to come and go, of course." Once James left he looked at Necros "Dy showed up out of nowhere. Alive and all, but not remembering a thing about who he was. Didn't even know his name. Guess he suppressed it while he was being tortured and questioned by the enemy. It's slowly been coming back. Seeming more and more like himself every day. He doesn't fully remember Adara yet even. " he sighed "It's been hard. I'm so sorry i forgot with all the commotion that you didn't know any of this yet." he looked towards the infirmary then back at Necros "Let's keep this quiet just for a bit. Dyten doesn;t even remember who he is right now. I want to talk to Jade, see what he thinks about this, if it will just confuse Dyten more or not" he smiled a little "that being said your grandson is alive, and in that room. You're welcome to go see him"
Adara reached her hand up and took his, not even thinking about it, squeezing his hand as she used to always do when she worried about something, as she contemplated what to do, not remembering the currently awkwardness between them

James bowed his head slightly and excused himself so that they could finish their discussion. As he moved out of the castle to the graveyard, several of the older men stood there in shock at seeing him there alive, almost as if they were seeing a ghost. James just waved to a couple of them as he moved to kneel down in front of his wife's grave. "I will find him. I promise my love." He said softly. Necros listened in silence to what Torrent had to say. He frowned slightly when he heard that he forgot everything. He nodded once in reference to keeping things quiet for now and simply moved to knock on the door to the room they were in.
Dyten's eyes grew a bit wide and his ears were solid red when she grabbed his hand, his heart beat picking up a bit from that simple gesture. He wasn't sure what to do but was saved as he heard the knock on the door from his grandfather.

Adara closed her eyes and pushed the fear back then dropped his hand and pushed herself to sitting, more slowly this time "That's your grandfather" she muttered, drawing back a little more again, putting a wall up to protect herself. She was afraid to let herself get close to him again. Since he didn;t remember her it wasn't the same as if Dyteen had just come back. This would be building something kind of new and she was not sure if she could handle the heartbreak of losing him again if she let herself get close to him and it didn;t work. "Enter" she called to the door, looking over at Necros when he entered. She knew she looked a lot different than he had ever seen her with her boyishly short hair and her expression less relaxed and easy going than it once was

Necros entered the room when he was allowed to do so. When he saw Dyten he moved over and hugged his grandson, mostly wanting to make sure he wasn't just seeing things.
Dyten hugged him back before stepping back a moment. "I am okay aside from memory loss. I was in worse shape when I first got back." He told him.
"Torrent told me about it." Necros stated. He looked towards Adara. "It is good to see you back home, Adara. How are you feeling? Torrent told me what happened."
Dyten stayed silent as the two talked, glancing between the two.
James was down at his wife's grave at that time, talking softly to the head stone.

Adara looked over at Necros and shrugged "I'm fine" she said, keeping her face controlled not really one that would admit otherwise at this time "I'm not sure if I'm staying" she glanced sideways at Dyten still a little unsure of everything "I'll let you two talk" she said, moving to get up so Necros could get reacquainted with his grandson
Torrent moved out and walked around, eventually going towards the graveyard. Next to his parents stone they had put a stone for Dyten, though much larger than his parents stone. Seeing James by the stones, talking to the one of Dyten's mother just made Torrent more uneasy. He hesitated to expose Dyten to this man not really knowing him but there was also a tugging fear that his man's presence would take away his brother who he had only just gotten back from the dead
