Sandra looked towards Violet. "Really? Congrats to you and Ariel." She said, moving over to hug her sister, her surprise evident.
Ariel smiled. "Thanks."
Treva smiled softly towards Jade. "How are you and her holding up?" She asked, hugging her son-in-law.

Violet laughed and hugged her sister "thanks" she smiled contently "that's why the trip took a little longer. Ariel didn't want me to get too tired " she smirked
Jade smiled "we've been alright. So far she hasn't hit even one noble " he joked lightly " she's still getting used to the job but she's adjusting"

Sandra nodded once. "Understandable." She said with a smile. "Come in and let's get out of the heat." She said, ushering everyone inside the castle.
"It is unusually hot." Treva agreed as she headed inside. As she stepped inside the castle and looked around, a sad sigh escaped her lips.

Nayjo saw her grandmother frown assn be moved over hugging her gently to comfort her, knowing she was mourning her brother still
Violet moved over to Leon and smirked "so.... When are you going to propose?" she skied teasingly knowing the man was still getting used to things

Leon looked towards Violet. "When Nayjo and I are ready for that step. Right now she is still trying to get used to her new role, and with the way things are here she has better things to focus on then me." He stated.
"Understandable. Do not wait to long or you may very well loose her to another." Aiden responded as him and Azura arrived about that time.
Treva hugged her granddaughter in return.

"You definitely want to make sure you are also ready for it. As soon as i share the news of the latest two engagements amoung our friends and family Nayjo's going to getting very excited about weddings. Just figured I'd see where you stand mentally on it yourself" Violet smiled
"No rush." Azura said softly "It;s something you need to be ready for. You'll know when the time is right, Leon" she smiled "Don't let Violet or Aiden make you feel pressured"
"He wouldn't want you to be so sad" Nayjo said softly looking at her "He would want you to be happy"

Leon nodded once in agreement before looking towards Azura. "Thank you." He said in response.
Sandra looked over when she saw Aiden and Azura. "Welcome to Lumia, Azura." She said to the fairy. "Enjoying yourself so far?" She asked her.
Treva nodded once with a soft smile as she looked towards Nayjo. "You are right. I know." She told her. "Maybe when it cools down a little I can show you where him and I grew up along with your momma for a short time."

Azura looked over at Sandra and smiled "It's a very beautiful country, It's not as green Avalon but it is much closer than Akrita is" she said, referring mainly to the temperature which she seemed completely content with
"Of course" Nayjo smiled "I'd love to learn more" she paused "I want to talk to mom about making a change...but I want to make sure it's not a dishonor to uncle Andros" she said softly "How do you think he would have felt about a library building for the public?" she knew her mother would approve it, if for no other reason than her knowing her father would be excited by the idea

"He would have loved it." Treva told Nayjo. "Your uncle tried to encourage people to learn, but unfortunately, everyone was so set in their ways it was hard to encourage them. If they didn't have books in their home they just chose not to learn and focus on what they normally did, or what their families usual jobs were." Treva shook her head. "That's part of what led to me being a spy. My mother was one as was my grandmother. It was just natural for me to follow after them, especially since most of the spies in Lumia were female. The men focused on the military side of things."
Sandra nodded once. "I am glad you are enjoying it. Hopefully things will be a bit more open to exploring while you are here. Unfortunately, the heat here is a bit more then it usually is."

"Right.... Aiden said you all doing it to be hot." Azura smiled "honestly this is what a summer always felt like in Avalon. Usually a slight breeze but on the days without this was the normal thing" she told her softy "so to be perfectly honest, I'm really comfortable"
Nayjo smiled "I'm glad" she said softly "I want it to honor him. And I really want people to feel like they can pursue knowledge freely"

Sandra smiled slightly. "Well feel free to explore the castle or the village while you are here. If need be I can have someone to show you around if Aiden is unable to."

"In general? I...i don't know. But i think Leon should be the librarian" she said with a smile. In truth she wanted to be in charge of the project but she knew there were likely others more suited to the task.
Azura turned and looked at Aiden "I would love to explore, but if it's too hot for you i could go with Kaida" she said, glancing at her cousin who had come along since the reason she was there was to be Azura's lady

"So you and him then?" Treva said with a soft laugh. "Give yourself something to do. Gives you a chance to get to know people as well as learning the layout." She told her. "If it is your idea you should be apart of it. Show them you are just as serious about it."
Aiden shook his head. "I do not mind joining you." He told her. "It may do me some good to get outdoors for a bit." He stated, having stayed cooped up in the castle dealing with things for his father during the war. He had not been able to go out much.

Azura smiled "Alright. Let's get settled a little then go" she suggested. Since they had just finished a long trip she didn't want to force him to go out right away but rather wanted him to rest if he needed
Nayjo smiled, her grandmother's support meaning a lot to her
"Did you catch all that?" Jade asked his wife quietly, having heard the conversation through Nayjo's thoughts. He smiled, proud of his daughter

Sandra nodded once to her husband. "I will wait till she approaches me about it though. I want to know she is serious about it." She said, immensely proud of her daughter at that moment.
Treva smiled towards her granddaughter. "Alright well...we had best get settled in and then we can visit some more." She smiled.
Aiden nodded once and glanced towards his sister. "Are we still in our usual rooms from when we would visit Uncle?"
"Yes." Sandra told him. "All your things you left last time are still there. Azura...your room is right next door to Aiden's." She told him. "Violet, I had your things moved over to Ariel's room." She told her sister. "That way Azura could have your old room since it is the one next to Aiden's."
