Zack walked with her towards the martial arts building. He took her inside, past all the training rooms, and up the stairs to the huge banquet hall that spanned the length and width of the building. "This is where we usually hold the ball at." he told her. "The downstairs are cleared out for areas for food and drink and for other to hang out if they wish, but up here is where the actual ball takes place."

"I take it you funded this building too" she said looking at the sheer size "I wish we had this great a space. It's almost too cold to keep practising in the field. In a month we'll have to move into the gym for practice"

"Actually this used to be a building used by another group. We renovated it with funds from the company and money we earned through fundraising." He stated. "If you need a place to practice, you are more then welcome to use here. The ceiling should be high enough for you to do what you need to." he stated.

"I may have to take you up on that" she smirked looking around "I'm going to spend a lot of time here" she laughed, her mind already going through ideas for decorating the room

Zack smirked at her words. "Take your time." he told her, letting her look around at everything. He glanced towards the clock then back at Lilah, just wanting to make sure they didn't miss class.

Lilah still didn't look like she was finished when they left to get to class, almost tempted to just skip the class, but she went with him anyways
As class was ending Lilah got up
"Ms Evans. If you could stay behind a moment" the teacher said to her
Lilah glanced at him then at Zack

Zack hesitated but looked at Lilah. "I'll wait for you outside." he told her before he got up and moved to wait outside the door for her, curious why the teacher wished for her to remain behind.

Lilah came out a few minutes later "I'll see you after school" she said, kissing his cheek, looking a little distracted

"Apparently" she sighed, leaning against the wall "because i keep skipping classes and don't care about school work...the teacher says if i don't change how I approach school I probably won't graduate this year." she shrugged and stood up "I don't need a highschool diploma. Elliot will hire me on with or without it and anything more i want to learn I'll hire a private tutor for"

Zack shook his head slightly. "Lilah." He moved over to her. "What about the cheerleading team?" He asked her. "And the ball." he raised a brow.

"I didn;t say I was dropping out. I just don't care if a graduate or not." she said looking at him "I don't plan on college, so I'm fine. There's no way i up my marks enough to graduate. I'm not smart enough to"

Zack shook his head. "You are smart." He told her. Zack pulled her close and kissed her. "So are you going to leave me all alone until after school?" He said with a smirk.

Lilah looked at him "What's gotten into you?" she laughed "I'm the one who skips class, remember. You're the punctual one. And from what I've been told you skipped final period yesterday already"

"I did." Zack said with a shrug. He looked at her and tilted his head slightly. "And perhaps I agree that school is a waste of time and would rather spend my time with you." He smirked. "But if you must go..." he leaned over and kissed her. "Just be careful."
