Xion on the other hand was playing with Marlene and soon with Denzel as they were growing found with one another but still Xion would check on Juvia from time to time and blush.

"Of course he wouldn't that would be stupid!" Said Alicia slamming her hand down on the table. "Actually yes he needs to defend himself in time when they try to come and take him." Said Cloud. "You fool are you trying to end this F***ing city off the map too!" Said Alicia standing up fast the table rattling. "I'm sorry but do I know you!? Now get the hell out of my house!" Said Cloud. Alicia grabbed her gun and put it away. "Juvia we're leaving!" Alicia yelled loud enough for her daughter to to hear.

"I'm warning you if my daughter is put in danger because of your stupidity Strife you're dead! I'll kill you myself!" Alicia snapped at Cloud. Juvia came downstairs and said, "Why the rush mom?" "No questions get in the car we're leaving." Said Alicia. "Um sure." Said Juvia leaving. Alicia then left after her slamming the door shut with a bang. Yuffie huffed and said, "Good riddance I'd like to see her try and touch you Cloud. She'd have to get through me first." "She'd probably have to deal with all of former Avalanche probably." Said Cloud.

Xion looked downstairs and saw Vincent as he hid a little... "Who's he?" he said shyly.

Vincent saw Xion out of the cornor of his eye... and pondered. ~this boy is going to be a Super Cetra Soldier? Just what is going on now... I lost Chaos... and I have to be the extra eyes and ears for this boy... Cloud better train him well.~

Cloud smiled and rubbed Xion's head and said, "This is Vincent he's a friend no need to be afraid Xion." "Don't be any scarier then you are Vinny. Say hi to him." Said Yuffie walking over. She wrapped an arm around Xion's shoulder and said, "You can call me Yuffie by the way."

Uh... hi." he said looking at this ninja girl get close to him as he blushed.

Vincent just raised his good hand and waved it a little as he sat down. "Cloud... I'll look more into it... just keep Xion safe... I think he may play an important role." he said as he got up... "Oh, btw, Red XIII will be stopping by... said he wanted to meet Xion." he said as he walked out and then jumped into the air vanishing into the darkness.

After Vincent left Yuffie seemed to have a stare down with Cloud. "No you can't." Said Cloud firmly. "How did you know I was going to ask that!?" Whined Yuffie. "I know you well enough we're not a hotel Yuffie." Stated Cloud going to head back upstairs. Yuffie was hanging off his ankles and he struggled to get her off him. "But I didn't bring any money and I had to get Cid to bring me here! I'm stuck till he feels obligated to take me back home! Please ohhhh pleasssse!" Whined Yuffie.

Tifa laughed and said, "Come on Cloud what harm is there?" Cloud sighed and said, "Fine just stay out of my hair." Yuffie let go and grabbed her bag racing off to the bathroom the door slamming shut behind her. She came back out seconds later in flannel pajamas that had chocobos on them Tifa laughed again and said, "Very cute." Yuffie grinned and said, "I picked them out myself so where do I crash?" "Well Marlene has the only guest room while we watch her since her father is away so you can crash with her." Said Tifa. "Alright then." Said Yuffie.

Xion didn't even know what to think anymore so he was beyond confused but he did the only thing someone like him could think... go to Tifa and stay close to her like a son to a mother. He did get a glass of water and his mind was wandering... he just met Juvia and couldn't stop thinking of her... was this a crush?

The next morning had come around and Tifa was making breakfast with Yuffie hovering over her shoulder. Tifa lightly shoved a banana in Yuffie's mouth catching the girl off guard. She Yuffie's stunned looked she just laughed. A knock was heard at the door and Tifa smiled saying, "Answer that please."

Yuffie opened the door and saw Juvia standing there. "Can I come in?" She asked softly. Tifa said, "Come on in." Juvia walked in and closed the door. "I just wanted to apologize for my mother's actions yesterday. To you and Cloud. She normally ain't this edgy but she did use to belong to Soldier so you can't blame her for being so cautious." Said Juvia softly.

Xion was walking down with his head completely a mess. "Urgh... hey Tifa... what's for breakfast." he asked rubbing his eyes... he didn't even know Juvia was there as he sat down laying his head on the table. "Cloud doesn't sleep a lot does he... he got up serveral times last night... I could barely sleep."

"I know and I'm starting to worry. Normally he's not like that. And here's your food." Said Tifa with a smile as she set the plate in front of Xion. She then said, "I understand Juvia. I think things got a little too tense last night." Juvia nodded and Marlene was seen coming down the stairs. "Go wake up Cloud please Marlene." Said Tifa.

"Actually Cloud sent me down to tell you he's not getting up. He's not feeling well. He has a bad headache that came out of nowhere it seems." Said Marlene. Tifa worried went upstairs quickly and into the bedroom to find it pitch dark. Going over she felt Cloud's forehead and sighed saying, "You need to eat breakfast Cloud." "I'd rather not throw it up Tifa. I'll try and sleep some more and see if it goes away." Said Cloud softly.

Tifa sighed softly and said, "Alright then." She left closing the door. Coming back downstairs she said, "Let's try to keep the noise down alright you guys." They all nodded and everyone else went to eat their breakfast.

Xion looked seeing his breakfast as he smiled but then when he heard Juvia's name his eyes went wide as he looked at Tifa and slowly looked seeing Juvia. ~Apparently someone up there loves tormenting me.~ he said as he blushed and looked to his food and started to eat. ~don't make eye contact... don't make eye contact.~ he said to himself not wanting to have Juvia see how embarassed he was.

"Well I should be going now. I don't need my mom angry at me too. Thanks for understanding." Said Juvia. After that she left. Denzel came downstairs yawning softly. Rubbing his eyes he just sat down and Tifa set some breakfast in front of him. "No doubt about it Tifa. You are a good cook." Said Yuffie who had cleared her plate.

Hearing foot steps Tifa saw Cloud coming downstairs slowly. "What are you doing down here? You look like you're about to fall over. Are you sure it's just a head ache." Tifa scolded softly going over and helping Cloud sit down. She felt his forehead and jumped out of her skin when she felt how hot it was. She pulled Cloud back up and led him back upstairs saying, "Come on upstairs now. You are running a fever now it seems."

Xion looked concerened as he wondered... did he come into contact with something on his trips... or was it him... but nothing happened with Danzel or Marlene... but as he wondered he kept eating.

Tifa wasn't even half way upstairs with Cloud when the bar door came crashing down suddenly. Yuffie was up in a flash. She whipped out two Kunai from out of her pajama sleeves. As a ninja she was always prepared for sudden situations. Tifa had set Cloud on the steps as the two men they had encounter from before had come walking in. Yuffie was in front of Xion, Denzel, and Marlene saying, "Stop if you know what's good for you!" "What's this little toy knives?" Asked Hugo with a raised eye brow.

Considering he was nearly six and a half feet tall and wide as the door way itself practically. He just swatted Yuffie aside like he was going for a fly. Except this had to be ten times harder as she was sent falling up against the wall surprised and caught off guard. Tifa quickly got Denzel and Marlene up the steps where Cloud was. Grabbing Xion and getting in front of him she quickly pulled on her gloves and Cain looked bored and said, "Take care of that one too brother. I don't like fighting women to be honest." "

"You're soft big brother. I on the other hand have no issues in bashing her down." Said Hugo. A crash was heard as the two of them were suddenly sent flying out of the bar after Tifa had rushed in while they were talking and nailed Hugo. The large man had fallen back out taking Cain with him. "Dang Tifa have you been working out!?" Said Yuffie picking herself up "Lifting beer cases daily I suppose you can say I have been." Said Tifa.

Xion widened his eyes seeing the 2 men again as he was in shock... he then jumped to where Cloud was and felt him and tired to help him up as he looked around. "Ugh... come on Cloud... this is nothing right bro." he said as he was looking for his sword as he saw his main sword that he used... the improvised Apacolypse sword he had as he gave it to him. HE looked outside seeing what was happening and strangely was reading the fight.
