Treva nodded once. "Okay." She said softly as she leaned back in her seat.
Sandra whimpered softly once more as she found herself down a dark hall. "Leave me alone!" She cried softly.

Torrent walked upstairs and smiled at a servant in greeting as he made his way up. He quietly moved into the room, not wanting to wake Sandra is she was sleeping
Adara paused as she and Dyten approached the doors to leave to explore and turned back towards the inside "Sandra's not in her room" Adara sighed, figuring the girl had wandered off. She wasn;t too worried, figuring Sandra was trying to find her way to the dining hall just "Should we help find her before we go?" she asked

Dyten sighed slightly. "Probably. Would be easy for her to get lost and she won't be as trusting of people she doesn't know. Plus for Treva's sake." He glanced towards Adara.
Treva was walking back towards her and Torrent's room at the castle when she saw Torrent. "Is Sandra asleep still?" She asked, figuring her little one would be up by then.

Torrent was in the hall talking to one of the servants and looked up "She's not in the room. I was just asking if they could help us find her" Torrent said, walking over to Treva and touching her shoulder as the servant moved off, telling the other servants too look for the girl as she did
Adara kissed Dyten's cheek then moved up, meeting Treva and Torrent in the hall "If we split up I'm sure we'll find her. She's probably just trying to find you two" She suggested

"What?" She said, looking towards Torrent. "That isn't like her to get lost when she is out." she said softly, knowing that the girl usually had a good sense of smell unless something had her scared. "She usually can smell where I am unless something has her scared though. Though I guess if you can hear her thoughts you should be able to hopefully find her quickly. Please?" Treva said, looking towards Adara. Treva never usually asked for anything unless it came to Sandra.
Sandra stumbled towards the darker catacombs of the castle, being chased by the spirit who continued to scream and wale at her about it being their fault she was gone. That they needed to be punished and screaming why would no one listen to her.

Adara looked at Treva "I can try and focus to find her, but if she's wearing my Talisman it'll be weak. Should be fine if she's in the castle though" She glanced at Dyten then moved to sit down, crossing her legs and trying to focus her mind reading to find Sandra's thoughts
Torrent looked at Treva "Can you smell where she went?" he asked

Sandra stumbled on a broken down section of the castle, smacking her head against the wall. She whimpered in pain as she reached up and touched her forehead where a small cut now resided. "Mommy....daddy..." She cried softly as she once again started running as the spirit began its wailing once more.
Treva closed her eyes trying to catch a scent. "What ever was there is old." She said softly as she opened her eyes, both being brimmed with red as she grew more concerned for her daughter. "And it's mixed with other scents, mostly that of servants. There's little chance for me to trace it with it being so mixed in."

"it's dark" Adara spoke bringing her hands to her head "dark, cold. She's hurt. There's screaming... Someone is screaming" she held her head as the wails she heard in Sandra's thoughts echoed in her head. Then she lost the connection and gasped in relief for a brief second then got to get feet, frowning wondering where her niece was and what was happening "we need find Ivan. We need someone that knows the castle. She's still in here. Somewhere cold and dark."

Treva looked towards Adara as she spoke hen back at Torrent, fear clear in her eyes and not liking the sound of her little one being hurt or scared.
Dyten laid a hand on Adara's shoulder before looking towards Torrent then at Treva before turning to follow after Adara silently.
Ivan was speaking with his father when Adara and the others arrived. He noticed the looks on their faces and looked towards them in confusion. "What is wrong?" he asked.

"We can't find Sandra" Torrent frowned coming over "We can't find her, or her scent really. She must have wandered out of the room"
"She's somewhere dark and cold, in the castle" Adara said looking at him "I could hear that much in her thoughts. She's wearing the talisman, so i didn't get much more than that. But she's scared and hurt herself. We need to find her"

Ivan nodded. when he heard what Adara said he glanced towards his father, not sure where she could be.
"Possibly the old catacombs down in the basement. No one goes down there anymore." Erandor stated as he looked towards the two. "Ivan...where you used to hide when you didn't want to work on your lessons."
"I remember." Ivan stated. "This way." he said, motioning them to follow.

Torrent took hold of his wife's hand as they followed after Ivan, knowing that Treva was very worried, as was he.
Once they got down closer Adara braced herself on the wall, now not having to focus to get past the talisman's shield, because they were closer and Sandra's distress was intense. She gasped a little, hearing the screams echoing in Sandra's mind "Something very bad happened here" she whispered as she held her head, trying to keep up with the others

Dyten stopped and moved over toward Adara. "If it's this bad for you, I cannot imagine what it must be like for Sandra." He said softly.
Treva was tense when she saw how bad Adara was having when they got nearer.
Just then there was a loud feline scream as Sandra fell into a hole filled with bones. "MOMMY!!! DADDY!!" She screamed as she tried to claw her way back up with the spirit still screaming.
Ivan frowned as he neared. "I don't remember this." He said, finding the opening that Sandra had managed to get into, the wall around it crumbled. He even flinched back when he heard the scream.
Treva, however, struggled to get free of her husbands grip when she hear her daughter scream, wanting to get to her, not caring about the condition of the walls around them.

"I get her fear screaming in my head mixed in with the screams in hers" Adara muttered, trying to push past it
Torrent let go of Treva, letting her move to get her daughter, not about to be the one holding her back but rather he ran after her wanting just as much to find their daughter
Adara looked over at Ivan, leaning against the wall knowing she would be of little help "Something happened down here, Ivan. Something terrible"

Treva ran into the room, the scent causing her to cover her mouth and have to stop. "Gah..." She said, covering her face with her hands to keep from loosing everything in her stomach. "Sandra?" She called to her though it was muffled.
"Mommy!! Make it stop!!" She cried as she curled up in the corner.
Dyten heard the cry at that point and looked towards Ivan. "Watch her." He said, his teeth clenched in warning. He normally did not like to leave Adara when she was struggling but he also knew that all of them were protective over Sandra as well and Torrent most especially. He moved off and moved in, seeing Treva struggling because of the smell. "Torrent, Take Treva out. I've got her." He said, not as bothered by the smell. His eyes glowed a honey gold mixed with red as he used the shadows to locate her in the dark and cold area. "Sandra....I need you to calm down." He called her to when he finally saw her in the pit. He saw the remains there as well and frowned slightly but pushed it aside as his focus was on Sandra. "I'm going to wrap you in shadows, okay? But I need you to stay calm. Look up here at me." He said, his tone soothing despite the anger that was swelling in him from the shadows.
Sandra whimpered. "I want momma and daddy." She cried.
"I know. I'm going to get you to them." He said, working onto best way to get down to her without risk of the ground caving in around them both due to the way the grave had been dug.
Treva had to come out and moved right back over to Torrent, clinging to him as she gagged. "It smells like death in there. Old death but it's strong." She said coughing as she tried to expel the scent from her lungs.
