"Please" Adara said, motioning at the seat before reaching behind her chair and pulling Sandra over so she could pick her up and take her in her lap. wrapping her arms around the child "It's ok" she whispered, kissing the top of the girl's head, trying to make her feel more comfortable, nuzzling her a little, not looking over at Dyten despite the question
Eleanor smiled and took the seat sitting beside him, feeling very self-conscious when her sister looked over at the two of them, though she sister smiled seeing Eleanor near Dyten

Sandra snuggled against Adara and smiled up at her. "Thank you." She told her, feeling a bit better being near her.
Treva smiled over towards Adara. "Thank you." She mouthed, though knew that Adara could hear the genuine thanks in her thoughts.
Dyten glanced towards Eleanor out of the corner of his eyes before he glanced up towards the door.

"I love you little girl" Adara smiled closing her eyes for a second before looking over at Dyten and Ryu "So how was the afternoon off?" she asked Ryu
Ryu smiled "We had a great time out" he answered "I'm really thankful that you and Dyten covered for me, it meant a lot" he said looking over at Dyten

Sandra smiled up at Adara. "I love you to, Aunt Adara." She said happily.
Dyten bowed his head slightly. "It was no problem. It was quiet and for the most part the men behaved." Dyten responded. "Though Jessie is still struggling with some of the basic moves."

Ryu nodded "I plan to work with him one on one tomorrow to help things out" he said, he looked at Dyten "If you're willing to run drills again"
Adara smiled and looked over at Treva then over at Ivan
"So, Prince Ivan, what do you think of our kingdom so far?" Alera asked softly looking over at them "Did you enjoy the tour>"

Dyten nodded once. "That is fine with me." He told him.
Ivan looked towards Adara and smiled. "I have found it to be amazing." He told her. "It is different from home, but yet the same in some ways as well." When she asked about the tour he nodded. "Very much so."
Dyten glanced at Ivan and Adara out of the corner of his eyes. 'Suck up.' He thought in regards to Ivan, still wanting to know why Adara was not sitting next to him like usual.
Treva glanced between Dyten and Adara then at Torrent with a raised brow, confused by how the two were acting.

~He's being Polite, Dy. There's nothing wrong with that~ Adara responded telepathically to Dyten's thought
"I'm glad you like it. We've not really had any royalty visit since Elendron fell when i was a child" Alera said softly "And to be perfectly honest, I am sad to say i've never been to any other Kingdoms. I have never stepped foot outside Akrita's borders" she smiled slightly "Actually most of my family hasn't. Matthew has, obviously since he was born in Elendron" she smiled, putting her hand over her husband's "And I believe Dyten and Adara have ended up crossing the border once during one of their trips. Those two are strong by themselves but when they're working together there's no stopping them" she looked between the two pointedly also trying to figure out what was up with them
Torrent glanced at his wife and shrugged, not quite sure what was going on

Dyten rolled his eyes slightly in response to her telepathic thought. After he ate he excused himself and glanced towards Eleanor. "Want to join me in the garden?" He asked her, seeing as he really didn't have anything else to do and Adara seemed more interested in spending time with Ivan.
Ivan nodded once in response to Alera. "I have only been to a few of the neighboring kingdoms. This is actually the furtherest I have been from home, but it is enjoyable to be able to get out. I believe it will be an advantage to me to know those we are allied with before I take the throne." He responded. "Less chance of risking alliances by me not knowing customs or who they are."

Adara glanced over at Dyten when he asked Eleanor to the gardens, having still intended to spend the evening with him then looked away back to listen to Ivan's conversation with her mother, feeling a strange pit in her stomach
Eleanor smiled shyly when he asked and nodded "I would love too." she said softly to him. Excusing herself as well she got to her feet and looked at him to lead the way
Alera glanced at the two of them and then back at Adara before smiling at Ivan "That;s admirable" she said softly "I hope some day we can honor Haven with a visit ourselves"

Dyten nodded once before glancing towards Adara. ~Call if you need me.~ He told her as he headed out past the rest of the family and towards the gardens. Once there, he sighed as he moved over and started pruning the roses with his claws, the pruning sheers left over on the table looking as though they were rarely touched.
"We would love to have all of you visit." Ivan stated, glancing towards Adara. "Perhaps you could show our female warriors a thing or two. Most likely outdo many of our male soldiers as well." He smiled before looking towards Alera and Matthew.

~Sure~ Adara replied simply listening still to her mother and Ivan talk, though she was distracted by her own thoughts not knowing what was bothering her so much. When Ivan looked at her and spoke to her directly she blinked caught a little off guard which was unusual so the actually blushed a little
"I don't know about that" she laughed feeling a little self-conscious mainly because she had been surprised by the topic shift "I'm not all that special and you've really not seen me actually fight. Plus i have the unfair advantage, remember?" she said, tapping her head indicating to her mind reading "I probably would not be much good at all if i didn't have it. Dyten is much better. He can still beat me even though i can hear his thoughts. It's much more impressive"
Eleanor sat down on the grass in the garden and watched him work quietly, a small smile on her face, her hands folded in her lap.

Ivan raised a brow. "I am not so sure. From the what I have heard just in my short time here, you are quite a skilled fighter." He responded, finding her blushing to be quite cute. He smiled, though able to tell she was distracted. Since supper was finishing up, Ivan looked towards Armond and Esmond. "Why don't you two go check out your rooms." He suggested.
"But sir...we are not..." Edmond began.
"Brother...you know it does not good to argue with the prince. When he makes up his mind it is set." Armond responded. He looked towards Alera and Matthew. "If you will excuse us. It was a pleasure to meet your majesties."
Felicia motioned towards a servant who came over and curtsied. "I will show you two to your rooms." The young girl stated with a smile as she moved to show the two to their rooms.

"I assure you Esmond, he is quite safe here." Alera smiled at the man who looked worried.
After the two of them left Adara glanced over at Ivan "Were you wanting to retire to your room as well? Or do you have the time for two more stops on the tour?" Adara asked looking over at him

"I was actually hoping for a bit more of tour." He confessed. "So lead on, your highness." He stated, moving to stand and holding out a hand to help her up from her seat.
Dyten caught his hands on a few of the thorns as he was pruning the roses, his mind distracted by the fact that Adara had sat opposite him instead of next to him like usual. He didn't know why it bothered him so much but it had caused him to hurt himself a few times. He shook his head and sighed slightly before glancing over towards Eleanor and smiled slightly at seeing her relaxed.

Eleanor was completely unbothered by his silence. She smiled back when he looked over at her and got to her feet moving over to his side pulling out her handkerchief "May i?" she asked softly, holding her hand out for his wondering if he'd let her wrap the hand he kept catching on the thorns
Adara looked at him steadily "Prince Ivan" she said, using his title to make a point "If you call me your highness instead of addressing me with my name i might just have to break my mother's promise about your safety" she jokingly threatened. She knew it was just a habit so there was no real annoyance in her voice as she put her hand in his letting him pull her too her feet
