Dyten nodded and moved to his room and let Adara go see Torrent. When they arrived he would be leaning with his forehead against the wall, his back to the door. His wings were out and resting down towards the floor revealing the damage to his shoulder from the rubble. Despite the hidden pain it was painful to him as it had hit his wings where some of the more harsh injuries had been done. He had kept it hidden, even in his thoughts, to keep the others from worrying, especially Adara and Sandra.
Sandra was able to relax but it was clear her thoughts were focused on keeping the shield up despite the fact she was getting tired. Treva would answer for Sandra or the young girl would only give slight shakes of her head. Her one hand that was free from clinging to her mother was laying over Torrent's hand for support.

"how is she?" Adara asked softly walking over to the two of them
"Tired"Torrent answered looking at his sister "and sore. But she's tough she'll be alright" he gave Sandra's hand a squeeze
Adara smiled "good" she looked out towards the hall "I wonder if there are any barrier physics in Haven"
Torrent looked at her then at Treva"Sandra, princess, are you alright if I go with aunt adara?" Torrent asked sightly, looking at his daughter. He didn't want to leave her if she wanted him there

Sandra blinked a bit hesitantly but nodded. She slipped her hand back and snuggled up to her mother, fighting to stay awake so she could keep the barrier up.
"Is Dyten okay?" Treva asked, glancing towards Adara.

Adara smiled slightly "he's a little sore, but he's fine"she said softly. When Torrent stepped outside with her she looked at him and the two of them went upstairs to check on dyten

Treva nodded once and looked back down at Sandra, just holding her close.
Dyten had his eyes closed when they came in, but didn't say a word either, making it almost seem like he was asleep. However, he was awake and knew that they were there so didn't react.

"mind if Torrent takes a look" adara asked, knowing that even if he was sleeping he slept lightly so that would wake him up

Dyten opened his eyes. "If that's what you want." He stated, shifting slightly. When he shifted his wing they would be able to see where the debris had hit him. "Is she going to be okay?" Dyten asked when Torrent mentioned Sandra.

"She's tough. I think she'll be alright" Torrent said with a small smile "Wow. the debris actually did some damage didn't it?" he looked over the bruised flesh and his wings "This hurts more than you're letting on, doesn't it?"
Adara sat down beside Dyten and said nothing, knowing that he didn't like people fussing so she was trying hard not to show to much concern

"I have dealt with worse." Dyten stated. "But it was better that Sandra did not see or know. It is not her fault and she should not ever feel that it is." In truth, the main reason he hadn't said anything was beau se the pain reminded him of the last time he had been seven injured and what had happened as a result. It scared him still at times that he nearly never got to see Adara or any of those he considered family ever again.

"I appreciate it" Torrent said moving to get some salve "you thinking of her like that. Last thing and needs is to feel bad about us helping her"
Adara looked at dyten, quietly listening to his thoughts "Sandra is family. To all of us. No one would even think to hesitate in that situation. we all know what this family is willing to do for our family"

Dyten didn't say anything as he closed his eyes once more. He hissed slightly as the salve touched his injuries, finally showing that his injury was hurting.

Adara reached her hand out and laid it over his when he hissed, but still did her best not to say anything
Torrent looked at Dyten when he hissed and frowned "Hurts that much, huh?" he moved over to his bag of stuff and pulled out another salve that would numb the pain a little while the other worked to heal the bruising and damage "Might be worse than just bruising. If it still hurts tomorrow you should maybe talk to a doctor"

Dyten tensed slightly at Adara's touch but relaxed after a moment. "It's not the pain itself." Dyten said with a shake of his head and a frustrated sigh. 'It's the memories that come with it." He stated. "But I will get it checked out if it's still a problem tomorrow." He said, knowing that he didn't have to promise as Dyten was one to keep his word even if he didn't like it.

Torrent nodded "I'm going to get back to my family. Thank you, again, Dyten. Seriously. You too adara. I hope your head feels better" he smiled a little before moving out to go back to the infirmary
Adara looked at Dyten "I understand" she said softly

Dyten waited until Torrent left before he turned slightly and looked towards Adara. "We need to find who did this so that Sandra is free of whatever caused her to run like that." He said softly pushing the issue off of him and back on keeping Sandra safe.
