Adara lifted her head and held out her hand for Nighthawk to climb on as she stood up "I'll be back by three days, tops. By tomorrow hopefully" she said softly stroking the birds feathers and wiping the tears from her eyes "Stay put, ok?"

Night Hawk climbed up onto her hand as Dyten spoke. "At most I will probably go down to the gardens if they allow me out of my room." He said glancing towards her. "Just be careful, Adara." He said, looking towards her.

Adara nodded and let out a sigh "Yeah" she said softly. she sat back down for a second, trying to muster up the will to go, dreading the trip already. She planted a small kiss on his cheek before getting up again and walking from the room determined

Dyten watched her leave the room before sighing softly as he leaned back agianst the headboard of his bed. He staired up at the ceiling, amazed and still confused by what had happened. After a moment, a slight smile came to his lips.
Felicia was in the front entrance talking with one of the servants at that time.

"Take care of him Felich" Adara said briskly walking past
"Nope" Torrent stopped her in her track by putting him arm in the way "You can;t just take off like that, first you need to tell us what happened"
Adara looked at her brother and gave him an unimpressed stare
"Come on, Adara, Felicia wants to know too"

"He kissed her." Treva said from where she sat atop a cabinet in the entrance way. She smiled slightly as she she glanced towards Adara. "You might want to take those strawberries Felicia is about to give you. Last time I forgot to give one to that hawk he tried to take my finger off."
Felicia smiled as she held out the small container. "Dyten asked me to get them for Night hawk before you came in."

"I don't think Night Hawk would bite me" Adara said, stroking the bird's head "but thank you" she said, taking the strawberries
"You;re totally brushing off mention of the kiss" Torrent pointed out
"How observational " Adara said simply, not in the mood for the teasing

Treva flipped off the top of the cabinet and landed next to Torrent. "Torrent...leave her alone." Treva chidded him. She then looked towards Adara. "We will make sure he stays put. Just be careful on your trip." The feline said softly.

"Hense why they are perfect for each other." Treva said, glancing up at Torrent with a smile. She then glanced towards Adara. "If you happen to see my daughter while you are there, would you tell her I need a reply to that invitation soon? Her great aunt is nagging at me for a reply."
Felicia moved over and gave Adara a hug before slipping away to finish taking care of chores.
Dyten sat silently on his bed, stairing out the window. He was concentrating on the shadows in the forest outside the castle walls, intending to at least find out when Adara left and who all was going with her.

Adara hugged her sister back briefly then glanced at Treva and Torrent "I'll be back soon" she said before taking off
"wait Adara!" Torrent called after her, but she didn;t stop "Are you...not bringing anyone with you...." he trailed off as she disappeared from sight "Ok" he said glancing at Treva "So let's not mention to Dy that we let her go totally alone, ok?"

"I have a feeling he will find out." Treva glanced towards Torrent. "Those two have a way of always knowing." She smiled slightly before leaning against torrent.
Dyten sighed softly as he saw her pass through the shadows. "She didn't take anyone with her." He muttered with a frown. "Why does that not surprise me."

~3 days later~
Adara arrived back in Akrita just as the sun was starting to rise. She walked into the castle quietly, saying absolutely nothing to the servants

Dyten could be found sitting out back in the center of the garden. He had been allowed to at least go outside the night before.
He had spent that night tossing and turning. So he had finly given up on sleeping and headed to the garden to meditate. A slight smile came to his face but quickly disappeared a moment later as he meditated.

Adara found him by following his thoughts and sat next to him quietly, letting him meditate in peace as she waited in silence for him to finish
