I have social skills to a point but.....i just assumed that all the thoughts in his head were just sexual tensions stemming from an upbringing where in believed he would be married and making children and such right now only to be shot down and rejected from the woman he was set on having as his wife an- "

Dyten shook his head a bit, staying silent. When Adara finally placed a hand over Alie's mouth he looked towards the woman. "Alie....you can either accept him or deny him. Simple as a yes or no."

"I...can't" she said quietly, shaking off Adara's hand "I can't say either way.I've never really looked at him like that. I don't know how I feel. I've been focused on other things"

Adara rubbed Alie's arm in a motherly manner "Why don't you give it the trip and see how you feel after. Now that you know things are different you can access things properly"

Dyten chuckled soflty, though he did have a headache at the moment. He glanced towards Alexia with a smile.

Alexia leaned her head against Dyten and smiled at him, finding all this sweet and amusing
Alie nodded and look Adara with a small smile "Any chance you want to come with as well?"
Adara laughed "Nah, girl, you're on your own. I'm queen i can;t just go and investigate suspected contagions because my best friend's sister needs a wing man"

Dyten listened silently, smiling softly at Alexia. He layed a hand over hers, relaxing for a moment.

Alexia smiled at Dyten before turning her eyes to Felicia and smiling. She has to admit that for her as well, she spent more time with Torrent and Adara then she ever did with Felicia.

Felicia glanced towards Dyten who smiled and nodded once. "Tomorrow. I want to see how strong you are anyways." He smirked.
Felicia smiled in return before glancing towards Alexia. "Hope you don't mind me stealing my brother for the day tomorrow."

Adara glanced over catching her thought but said nothing.
Valeran looked at Ryu. "I hear you're moving" he smiled "has Dyten found anyone to fill your post as head of the castle guard?" Valeran of course knew the difference between the guard and the castle guard in the fact that there is a segment in the guard specifically for the castle itself. These would have been the men that stayed behind in the war to protect the castle and it's inhabitants.
Ryu looked over at Dyten "we haven't talked since felicia and I decided to move"

Dyten looked towards Ryu. "I already have someone in mind." He looked towards Valeran. "If he will take the position. If not then I will have to choose someone else." He raised a brow, as he looked towards Valeran. "Though if you are against the idea of serving under someone who didn't trust you for a while...I can understand." He smirked before it faded.

"This castles protection covers my sisters protection" Valeran said giving Dyten a nod "of course I would do whatever I could to insure that she and the people who took us into their home and treated us as family are protected properly"
Alexia smiled "you could have just said yes, Valeran" she looked at Dyten "he's been dying to be put to work since he got here"

Dyten nodded once. "Good." He smiled, satisfied with the answer. He then looked towards Ryu with a raised eyebrow, his way of asking if he had any objections to the matter, or advice on the subject.

Ryu smiled at Valeran "well since my wife is spending tomorrow with her brother I'll be happy to introduce you to the men and show you what the job is about"
